I pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve behind my shoulder blade. I was in so much pain I could hardly walk and could not move my right arm or head. I made an appointment with this practice that I’ve been to for many years. Doctor Potter was my Doctor and he is no longer practicing. I saw the other doctor. He did not communicate what he was doing. After an ultrasound, he said I would get an injection. I waited a long time in the room and finally left because I was still in so much pain. Came back the next day still in the same amount of pain and waited 45 minutes. The doctor asked what he had done the previous day and wanted to know if I had gotten on my stomach or back. He obviously didn’t read my chart before I came in or did he even take notes. I should have walked out then. Instead he had me stand and wrapped his arms around me and cracked my back. I remember cracking each other’s back that way as a kid. That is all he did. Nothing else! He sent me in for an ultrasound and the shot. Never told me what it was. I had to ask. He also didn’t tell me it wasn’t covered under insurance. When I checked out, I was told then I had to pay for it. Made an appointment for the next day. When I came in the next day, the waiting room was packed. When I waited 45 minutes the previous day, there was only one other person waiting. I could only imagine how long I would have to wait with a full waiting room. The receptionist said it would be a long wait. Why do they even have appointments? I asked for another appointment tomorrow and she informed me he doesn’t work on Thursdays or Fridays. A doctor only working three days a week!. I will never go back there again. I told her I couldn’t wait five days with as much pain as I’m still in. She said sorry. When Doctor Potter was practicing, this never happened. I miss him terribly.

Found this chiropractic facility to be a waste of time and money. I was experiencing lower back pain, and decided to give them a try. The chiropractor poorly communicated his adjustments, and they were not effective. He did not provide any indication of the issue, and wanted to push the X-ray consultation to the following visit. His equipment was outdated, and I ended up with a $175 bill for X-rays and a poor effort for an adjustment. After weeks of pain I thought I would try again, however, this time I went to the Ranch Wellness Center. My first visit produced results, and they helped explain my condition and what it would take to fix the issue.

Amazing! I slipped on some ice and fell down some stairs . Worst pain in the world. After a trip to urgent care and the ER with no relief I went to see the chiropractor here. Wow! I left that first visit feeling better already. Very nice place and curtious staff. I highly recommend!!!

Showed up for appointment and the place is closed. Awesome.

Always well taken care of. Easy quick adjustments. In and out.
