I called to see if there were any openings for a medical massage as recommended by my doctor. Taylor answered and was super rude and not helpful. I had to keep asking if there were openings and she kept saying no and didn't even seem like she checked or cared. Good luck getting new patients if you have rude and unhelpful staff when patients in serious pain are calling in for help.
WOW! Dr Bains is fantastic! He’s very polite and informative, and the front office staff is very friendly! Came in last week because of some bad pain in my back. I was able to get an Initial appointment scheduled within 24 hours of calling. They took scans in the office at my appointment and reviewed them with me the same day. After that, there is no appointment necessary. Just swing on in. It’s super convenient!
Dr Bains is wonderful! He's thoughtful, thorough, friendly and amazingly got my neck to cooperate! I think he's probably the best chiropractor I've ever had and I've had many over the last 30 years. So glad I found him!

Dr. Bain's is the absolute BEST chiropractor hands down. I have been to several chiropractors throughout my life and by far he is the most caring, efficient, intelligent, kind, and helpful chiropractor out there. His goal is solely to get you feeling better and he works with you to get you there. He genuinely cares about his patients and he shows this by his happy smiling face, his enthusiasm for getting you better, and being able to talk with you about any symptoms you may be having and offering advice on how to help it holistically. I will continue to see Dr. Bain's for decades to come because there is no other chiropractor out there like him. I have been to other Chiro's where they are so cold and ready to just get you in and out, and Dr Bain's is the complete opposite. He spends quality time with you getting to know you and wanting to help you. Thank you Dr. Bain's for being such an awesome person and the best Chiropractor! P.s. His staff is super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I always feel so happy when I come here because they are all genuinely caring people. My massage therapist is the BEST too. Once you're an established patient, meaning you've been there once and ben evaluated, you can swing by anytime and be seen. Depending on the day it is very quick. Never really that long of a wait. I average about 10 minutes.
Such a professional team at this place. But more importantly they are sweet and you feel great when you walk out of there, physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
Dr. Bains is great! Always makes you comfortable. Billie is great too if you need massage therapy.
Chiropractic in Sumner,WA is a great place. Dr.Bains is top notch chiropractor. Worth the drive if you are even in Bonney Lake area.
You actually gets results vs someone just trying to make a dollar.
