The Firm was founded by John J. Chitkowski with the intent of providing valued business and legal counsel to closely held business enterprises and their owners.
Today, the Firm has grown in response to the needs of its clients by expanding into additional areas of concentration thereby providing comprehensive representation in all matters impacting its business clients.
The Firm’s main office is in the centrally located Chicago suburb of Lisle, Illinois, allowing the members of the firm easy access to courts of all Chicagoland jurisdictions. With highways, I-88, 294, 290 and 355 intersecting within a few miles of the Firm’s main office, clients of the Firm find the location to be conveniently located to their businesses.
Recently, the Firm has opened a satellite office location in
the Chicago loop area allowing it greater access to the State and Federal Courts and governmental agencies.
The Firm endeavors to provide ongoing guidance and counseling devoted to the legal and business affairs of its clients. Most importantly, lifelong relationships are often established with the Firm’s clients as they view the attorneys as trusted counselors.
The Firm’s client base is comprised of primarily closely held businesses in many industries including service industries such as Construction, Transportation, Design, Consulting and Technology. The Firm’s client base also includes manufacturers, suppliers, warehouseman, real estate development companies and other like businesses.
