I am what you could call "a chocolate monkey head". I am a huge enthusiast. So for this Chocolate Monkey solely existing inside the mall, it will automatically receive five out of five stars. Chocolate Monkey is so much more than a sweets shop; it's a home, it's a palace, it's a treasure trove, and so much more. I love the Chocolate Monkey merchandise. I own multiple pieces. The sweets themselves are to kill for. My favorite dessert to get are the chocolate covered marshmellows. Absolutely amazing. SoooOoooOooo scrumptious ../// aah.. ah ah.. uah-AH! ... I love Chocolate Monkey. I think their commitment to their logo is amazing. I love the design so much. It's so beautiful.... I love the monkey... Live by the monkey die by the monkey. Someone left a review about how the store is "unclean"... Honestly, I think they should stick forks in their eyes. The store is not unclean. Those photos were clearly photoshopped by the anti chocolate monkeyist cult.... pathetic.... I wish I could come here often to give a thorough review on the employees, but I cannot... They were very kind today however. Please Chocolate Monkey employees... hire me... I will work for the monkey gladly. LOVE DIS PLACE!!! I GIVE IT 10,000,000/10,000,000 STARS!!!! They make amazing desserts and the ice cream was fantastic. That being said. The lack and refusal of a restroom gives this place my rating. I had to go two doors down to a distillery to let my 8 year old use the restroom after eating a messy ice cream cone. Everyone was walking out of there with sticky hands. In my opinion, given the location and what would be huge foot summer traffic. This should have been a given.
The owner doesn't care about their employees harassing's customers after they complain about dirt. I don't want to be hollered at every time I walk by. A simple apology would be nice
While doing some Christmas shopping in the mall tonight, I decided to stop by and get a couple sweet treats to take home to my family. The sweet lady Pamela was so very sweet and helpful in helping me decide what I should choose. Needless to say the family loved the treats and we will definitely be back!! The kind and helpful service along with the chocolate goodness made for a great visit. I most definitely give Chocolate Monkey and their sweet employee 10 out of 10!!!
Managers don't know how to be professional at all and the cleanliness is lacking
You have to try it to believe it! Best ice-cream I had however since I get it every time I'm there and it does get better everytime it depends on your luck with staff. Translation, some is rude as heck but still I'm not denying the quality of this place.
Management and staff are excellent - courteous and professional. Of course, the food is great - my favorite are the caramel apples.
The girls are wonderful and patient, so many good treats! I love the caramel apples and chocolate covered strawberries
The young lady at the food court Chocolate Monkey was very helpful and polite. She had more patience than I have though. There was 3 females sitting in front of the area being very rude, loudly making fun of people including her. They need to look in the mirror they have no right to talk down on anyone!
