Me and my friend went with the kids and loved it. We can't wait to go back and stay in a hotel room. We signed up for the players club and got a free stay. They have a family area called the district and it has a movie theater, bowling, game area and kid friendly eats. Free soft drinks on the casino floor and it's spacious not crowded. Very clean and nice staff. Great parking. Can't wait to go again.

We love going there to gamble.  We live within an hour drive, so I don't know anything about the hotel. The casino is kept clean.  I love the new addition, and the smoke free section!!!!  The dealers are friendly.  I mostly play tables.  Drink services is oddly slow.  Maybe that's designed to keep you at a table longer waiting on your drink.  Restaurants are all good there.

First time here and I was amazed. Not what I was expecting at all. Lots of places to eat and the bars are top notch. Super clean just about everywhere inside. I didn't stay at the hotel so I can't speak for that, but if it's anything like the casino, then I'm sure the rooms are nice as well. Anyhow I'll definitely be back and stay for at least a day. Movie theater, bowling alley, arcades, not sure if there was anything else for kids but it's pretty awesome.

The hotel is top-notch and every single employee we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating but never intrusive. The slots were great with a good mixture of the newest and some of the older ones. We never hit a jackpot but we did win enough to play the entire time so not disappointed! Overall great experience!

Choctaw Casino and resort is a huge place.  There are many rooms , several restaurants, and stores. It’s like a Mall inside with 3 large Gambling areas. They have over 100 table games. There’s every kind of slot machine imaginable. The staff in all aspects were outstanding. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant I ate at twice was excellent service wise the grand breakfast was outstanding. The chicken fried steak however was not that great to much breading. Choctaw sent me a flyer with 75  in free play. Also 50 in food credit , and a free hotel room. I had absolutely no problems collecting the comps that were offered the rewards club lady was very helpful , and accommodating. I won a little bit of money , and returned to Texas after a great time. We were here for 4 days of conference.  Valet held my luggage for me until my room was ready. Great services from both bell and check in teams.  The bed was comfy but the catering for the event was superb   The servers orchestrated their entrances, deliveries, and removals..it was impressive. Yes...someone noticed. And well...the desserts were divine!  The facilities were well maintained and the conference rooms were spacious. Snacks were plentiful and plenty of restrooms to accommodate a crowd.  Great facility even though it's the smoking end of the casino.

Love the set up and games. Could be more comfortable and welcoming if the people who worked there smiled more and we're more helpful instead of all acting like police. Makes it uncomfortable.  I personally would rather be treated better when spending $100s or $1000s of dollars. Hell even if I'm only spending $20 I'm  still a customer. And I think y'all should give out more Freeplay for card members. I would visit more.  Just a thought

The rooms were nice and clean . The buffet was TERRIBLE! Very few options for the amount they charge - we got there pretty much when they opened and the food looked like it had been setting out for hours- do not waste your money . We also went to the slat and stone and the food was cold and not great. None of the staff at the hotel were exceptional - that would make me maybe want to come back  but nothing blew our minds . We have marked it off our list and won’t be back If you are close enough to just go and gamble then it might be for you - however the machines  were pretty tight. If you want to stay over and enjoy food go to the hard rock

I did not stay and will never stay at Choctaw Casino. 12/25/2022. I literally just hung up the phone with Hotel. I asked do you have a room for today and checkout tomorrow, I then followed up with exact question, I have a small dog and a stroller for her is she allowed in room or Casino. EXACT WORDS FROM RECEPTIONIST. I QUOTE "WE ARE NOT A PET FRIENDLY CASINO, WE ONLY ALLOW REGISTERED DOGS WITH THE FRONT DESK. I SAID YOUR NOT GETTING MY BUSINESS" I JUST DID NOT LIKE THE TONE OF WE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY, BUT I GUESS THEY HAVE TO TAKE REGISTERED PETS. I love all pets, and you see why I don't always like people over Pets. I am also a disabled Veteran I have not registered my little girl but she goes everywhere with her stroller and never an issue.

Had a good time here. Lots of variety with slots. Some nice bar areas to hang out and catch a game and get some food. Extremely smokey in several bars and the smoking area. They need a ventilation system. We had to wear an N95 just to be in the area.
