Additionally, our services include Last Owner searches, Attorney searches, In-Rem searches, Open Mortgage searches, Judgement & Lien searches, Block & Lot searches, Name searches, all departmental searches, and the recording or filings of any miscellaneous document that might need special handling. We are on-line with the City of New York, Nassau, and Suffolk counties giving us access to the City Register, County Clerks and City Collectors records. Once again enabling us to give our clientele the most up to date information as it is made available.
