Choice One did an amazing job with my dental service. The team especially Heidi Davis was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

I’d heard great things about Choice One but my experience hasn’t been great. I originally called for an appointment on 7/17 and was told I would receive a phone call back the next day. It is now 8/16, almost a month later. I’ve checked back in several times and always given a reason as to why the appointment can’t be scheduled at that time. Someone is out, schedule isn’t available, etc. It’s unfortunate because like I stated, I’d heard nothing but great things about them.

Tooth was not bothering me. They said I needed a crown. Paid for that and crown failed. Then they said I needed root canal. Paid for that and that didn't work. Ended up going to oral surgeon and getting tooth pulled which was another 1k. Mind you they promised to have reimburse me for the failed crown and never did. Everytime I called and complained about pain there was never a dentist there. Always at another location. I got my last and final cleaning there in May. And no dentist was there to check me after my cleaning. So a few weeks ago I called cause I was having pain and guess what NO DENTIST WAS THERE. AT ANOTHER LOCATION. Wouldn't be in till 2 days later. I asked if they could call the other location to get him to call me in some meds cause I had a big abcess on my gum and my face was swollen.They wouldnt even see me. She said she called him and he never responded. I was like wow. They don't even have an after hours or weekend emergency service. I called Dr. Childress office and they saw me the next morning. He immediately pulled the tooth. Gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen and his personal cellphone number. Well later that evening he called me personally to check to see how I was doing. Then had me to come in the next week for a follow up. And he promised there is ALWAYS A dentist in the office and on call after hours for emergency. I immediately made an appointment for an implant and my next cleaning. I truly feel like I lost a lot of money at choice one dental and got nothing in return. Yes the staff is really nice. But I just don't trust them to do good dental work Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist office.. My manager says he is having problems and changing dentist also That's my experience with them. Too many offices. Not enough dentist.

I’m from out of state and had an abscess tooth show up and was in a lot of pain. I showed up in the morning, with no appointment, and they scheduled me in on an emergency. They were awesome. The work I needed to get done needed to be done by a specialist and they got me an appointment with one in town immediately. Everyone was super nice and understanding. If I was a local they would be dentist with no doubt. Thanks guys! Matt from MN

OMG!!! I love this dental office. The staff very professional. I had to get a root canal done and I did not feel any pain at all. I did not even have to use the medicine they provided. I would highly recommend coming to this dentist office. And Hannah is so sweet! If you have to reschedule your appointments, she is more than willing to help.

Choice One has been a lifesaver. My son needed an appointment quickly and they worked him in immediately. Hannah was so very knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire process so easy. Great customer service!]

Everyone is always so nice and the work they do is amazing. They are quick and efficient I just had 4 cavities filled and I was out within an hour!

My first time ever calling today. New patient. I was trying to make an appointment so i was calling around and once i was told by your receptionist that i could have an appointment and she would call me back i stopped trying other places and trusted that i would be called back. Waited and even recieved a text from someone named Kim ensuring that i would be called. No call.

I came to this office out of sorts and nervous because I had been to Aspen Dental a few days before where they told me that I had a cavity on my left side and needed a root canal. They also told me that my gingivitis was so bad I needed a higher grade cleaning 356.00 and that I almost had periodontal disease. I was terrified and they wanted to charge me over 3,000 dollars to fix it all. I went to Choice One and not only did I not need a root canal I didn't even have a cavity!! The female dentist I saw was thorough and so sweet. Everyone I spoke too was so helpful and amazing. The front desk ladies were so informative and kind. They answered all my questions and were also very thorough. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was so so sweet! She gave me the most gentle and quick cleaning I'd ever had. I wish I would have gotten names better so I could name them on here but unfortunately I didn't. I will definitely be going back to them. The Access Dental Now option they have for those of us who are uninsured is a great option! Turns out all I needed was a normal level cleaning 67.00 and a mouth guard to wear at night for teeth grinding!
