CHOP Primary Care, Mount Laurel

I switched to CHOP when I finally had enough waiting for an hour every time I wanted to make an appt at my previous pediatrician. I have been there twice so far and I had nothing but positive experiences. Short wait times which is important with a toddler. Professional and courteous staff. I love both doctors I’ve seen. You can even email them and make appointments through the app, it is very convenient. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I was referred by another mom and am very happy I made the switch about 6 months ago.

I am a parent of children who are patients of this particular facility. I was told this new facility would be larger and accommodate more people. All it did was prove to sure up their existing business model. After calling early in the morning and being told I would get a call back about my daughter being seen. Let me restate... my children's only pediatrician is CHOP. They were born in a CHOP hospital and have only seen CHOP pediatricians from this office for their entire lives so don't believe the hype they literally treat everyone this awful. I didn't get a call back until 3pm! And when I requested an appointment I was told that if I could go to urgent care... There is literally no point to having a doctor who's only recommendation is to go to urgent care when you are sick. I am a fully grown adult person... I am aware emergency rooms exist and urgent care exists. I don't need that kind of help. This was not an emergency but is something that a doctor should look at to keep from it getting so bad I actually do need to take my child to the emergency room. I am switching from CHOP. These large hospital systems don't care about people... they care about money. I would hope that since they deal with children that would not be the case. Yet again my optimism was misplaced. Awful

Unfortunately, I will be moving on from this practice. I love the physicians and that it is CHOP affiliated, but appointments just seem inaccessible. Flu shots offered only 1 day a week, and then a physical that I had scheduled for months canceled 2 weeks ahead of the appointment with only option for a re-schedule an entire month later.

I love all the staff working at this location. They are extremely helpful and fast regarding referrals and appointments. All of them, nurses, front desk employees, and doctors are great. Dr. Chun Yin is my twins PCM, she will go above and beyond to help us, she even message/call when my girls get hospitalized to see how they are doing. She is awesome. When our PCM wasn’t available we saw a couple of different doctors for same day sick appointments and all of them were very attentive and respectful. I always recommend CHOP Moorestown to my friends.

Very happy to come here. Staff is nice as well as the Dr's and nurses. Things run much smoother since when they first opened.

We just had a great experience with Dr Chu and the nurse. They were so kind and attentive. After our toddler was kicked out from advocare Delran practice because they disliked us, we are so happy at CHOP. So glad there l are decent practices with nice people in the area! It’s not very easy to get in initially as they require medical records from another place to schedule an appointment, Advocare Delran was withholding our medical records so that our toddler could not get any treatment anywhere else until CHOP started calling them every day and insisting they send the records, but once you are in they treat kids nice.So definitely recommend!!!

After moving from another practice which I LOVED, I chose to bring both of my kids to CHOP Mt. Laurel, and I am very pleased with my experience. The front desk staff is always pleasant; the nurses are wonderful and so are the doctors! Our personal favorite is Dr. Pasternak. If you live in the area, don't think twice about using their practice!

Dr. Creecy is so kind and patient. We love her. She's an amazing physician.

We have been taking our daughter here for the past 4 years and my son the past year and half here! The receptionist are wonderful girls! They are always so helpful, patient and friendly! The nurses are wonderful and Dr. Yin is very thorough! Even other doctors who we see if it's a sick visit are very good! I'm not sure about all these negative reviews! But we have never waited on hold, or for our appointments or prescriptions! Everything has always been professional and just an overall great experience!

Been going here sing birth. Best doctors I am now 19.
