Best haircut & beard trim in the area. Definitely the best value. No frills, not a fancy shop, not pushing hair gels or shampoos. Just a good guy cutting hair for a great price. And he cleans up the lines with a straight razor!!!! You don't see that very often. I will definitely be coming back to Chris next time I am in Indiana and need a haircut. Make sure to check his facebook page for hours and days he is open as it varies.
Charges well below the others and gives the same perfect cut every time. Old school barber at its best.
Chris is simply the Best, most consistent and cost affective $ in Indy. Old school barber with hot lather and straight blade to finish your cut. Try him and you can thank me later.
Chris has been cutting my hair for years. He is very skilled as a barber and I will continue to conduct business with him as long as he can stand me. Most of his clients are regulars as well. Days and hours of operation vary. Check Facebook or call the shop for details.
I have been driving here from the east side for every hair cut because Chris does such a good job on a short men's haircut. It grows out very nicely. Last time I went, he wasn't there and his female barber associate cut it. She did just as nice of a job and finished it very quickly. I am very happy with it.
Chris did an excellent job with a basic cut - he got the lines exactly right, noted features on my hairline, and gave me a straight-razor finish perfectly. He was efficient, nice, and available on short notice. VERY reasonable pricing as well - highly recommend this guy. The sign out front says "Laswell's" older sign, and the decor is simple, but if you're looking for a quality cut, go here.
Chris Australian artist who has mastered the art of he's a very nice guy standing I would recommend it to anybody right now
Chris is an excellent barber. You can tell he has passion for his craft. Shop hours fluctuate as he is an Indianapolis Fireman.
Chris is a great barber. I highly recommend him.
Sounds good, but I went there today, a Tuesday, and they were closed with a list of days in March that they're ope. No notice here on the web of that. Should I waste more time tomorrow and try them again? It's a half hour there and back.
