With over 12 years of business development experience related with Commercial Real Estate, Chris has a wide range of understanding different markets throughout California. Chris also comes with over 14 years in the Security and Fire Life Safety Industry both Government and Private. He has knowledge in Retail; Multi-Family; Office; High Rise; Government; and Commercial & Industrial. He has received many awards throughout his career being recognized for “Rookie of the Year,” “Overall Revenue Champion”, as well as Security Network of America (National Award).
Chris has also been actively involved in industry organizations: Commercial Real Estate Women (CREWSF), Building Managers & Owners Association (BOMAGLA), And Letip International (LetipSCV), and has served on Boards and Committees.
Prior to his Real Estate career, Chris served Honorably in the United States Navy and still today vows to live up to the Navy’s core values: Honor, Courage, Commitment.
