Born in Glendale, I’ve always loved Southern California, which has made it easy to fully submerge myself into the local real estate market. You could say I live and breathe it 365 days a year.
Over the past 15 years, attention to detail has been at the core of my business. By walking my clients through the necessary steps in a meticulous fashion, I help prevent unwelcome surprises and ensure the smoothest home-buying experience. There is much more that can be done beyond simply taking a picture and listing the home on the MLS (multiple listing service). I will create a customized marketing plan that involves professional photos, laser drawn floor plans, drone videos, individual property websites, social media targeted ads, and more.
