I was turned away because they stoped taking patients even though I'm a teacher with the school next to them. Literally could barely walk due to an injury to my leg. Ended up spending 4.5 hours at the ER to get it looked at. At least i know that they don't take into consideration that teachers can't leave the school during the school day. Even telling me I should have came earlier. When? During the school day when I have to be with the students?

It's impossible to schedule an appointment at this branch. Been trying all day to schedule an appointment for my mother. I got in touch with the same lady twice who hung up on me immediately after I gave her my mother's info. Very unprofessional and rude.

Wonderful staff. Knowledgeable staff. Very eager to assist and supply relevant services. A blessing to the community.

Front desk is very rude. I walked In because I had an appointment and they stated I didnt have one. I showed her the text message of my appointment and I was still told that I didnt have one to call in March to schedule an appointment. I called the clinic number to explain to them I had an appointment and I was turned around but they just picked up and disconnected the call. NO ANSWER LIKE ALWAYS.  I left and then to receive a text message to check in on my phone for my appointment. If I could give it ZERO stars to this location I would. Its always a hazzel to book an appointment with them even when you call at 7:30am. Then when you do have an appointment to be turned around to go home. Parking is a hazzle. Then if you do get an appointment you are there ALL DAY to be seen by a doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!! and dont get me started on the Pharmacy there. They NEVER Pick up the phone you can leave voicemails and They NEVER return your call. In order to fill your prescription it takes them DAYS to do so. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE A CHRISTIAN CLINIC.
