It's a wonderful place to enjoy a good workout and hear the word if you attend a class. The best part is it's free! Also it's open to the public. If you want overnight access you can get a key by simply donating.

The manager of the thrift store is absolutely fabulous. She really listens. In a world where everyone is so preoccupied and distracted, she is a breath of fresh air. I was allowed to spend as much time as I needed inspecting every seem and cushion of the sofa I wanted. I was forced to find a new sofa due to a knee surgery and my sofa was too low to the ground. She allowed me to inspect,sit, & lay, for as long as I needed. It was quite a long while to ensure I could get out of this new sofa easily. She treated me with kindness and was without judgment. I felt perfectly comfortable. I didn’t have the money for New sofa from a furniture store and I was thankful to have an option that was affordable to my situation. Delivery was lower than any other delivery charge I have ever had for furniture. After they dropped off my furniture they took away a sofa for me. The moving crew was very pleasant. If this wasn’t so far from my house I would visit more often. An honorable mention was she gave me 2 delicious smoothies. I really feel like the vibe of their whole environment is kindness. I would definitely shop at this store, stop and get a smoothie,& workout at the Gym if you are in the area. 10 out of 10.

Couldn’t recommend Chris enough. I was a little apprehensive about having a male trainer but with Chris there was really no need to worry. The best at what he does and such a lovely guy. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Very friendly helpful staff.my purchase was much better than expected .staff went well beyond than they needed to be.loaded my purchase and competed in a very short time. Love dealing with Christians and will continue to support the business both with my donations and purchases

Great place with nice people who want to serve the Lord and community. Met one of the founders and he was beyond nice. Fruits of the Spirit smoothie shop next door that is great for a pre/post workout drink, or a just because!

This is a great place to come and work out. You can come on your own time, or when they have a workout group. They have all sorts of programs, and tons of supportive people. It's entirely donation based, so you can choose to give if you want, but what they provide is worth paying for. They have plenty of machines to work on, as well as plenty of options for working out without sets. And they even have plenty of other smaller businesses attached as well. From rock climbing behind it, to a consignment store and even a smoothie shop. They provide childcare when you go at certain times, and are just all around great people. What makes it so great is they do it all in the name of the Lord. Great people with great services.

A wonderful place to go and exercise and connect with other people. The atmosphere is welcoming and people know you by name. The owner and his wife are awesome and host multiple community events and they host bible study at the gym as well. They offer a couple of classes a week and there is a killer obstacle course out behind the place. It is awesome. I encourage all in the area to check it out and support the ministry!

Great place for fellowship and spiritual development! If your looking for real people that love Jesus that aren't perfect. This place is for you and if you like working out hard they do that too. With free classes all day long.

Great people, great atmosphere, great owner! Its amazing each and everyday how Christ is the center and focus. Daily devotions!The smoothies are made with real produce as well. It's very essential to the community!!
