When my husband started having intermittent chest pains, I quickly identified hospitals within our insurance network. Most of their emergency room reviews were awful - 17 hour wait times?! My husband has a very demanding job and he needed to get in quickly, get checked out, and either return to work or start treatment. We ended up choosing Christ because of the reviews and their reputation for cardiac care. Once we made it to the emergency room, we were checked in and quickly guided to a room. There was no one in the waiting room around 6pm on a Monday and the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient without making us feel rushed, which was especially impressive because shift change was about to occur. After an EKG, blood work, and a chest x-ray, they notified us of a condition that wasn't life threatening and referred us to a cardiologist. We were out of there by 9pm! We got into the cardiologist on Friday crazy efficient!!! 4 days later?! and the cardiologist was kind, comforting, and quick to relieve us of our concerns. He ordered an MRI and that's now scheduled for next Monday - again, crazy turnaround time. I was shocked and pleased by our experiences, both in the emergency room and with the cardiologist. If you're looking for a hospital that listens to your needs carefully and thoroughly and acts decisively and efficiently choose Christ. They impressed the hell out of us pun intended.
While many of the nurses were very pleasant, the rooms clean and the service relatively efficient, I left with no help and or diagnoses for my easily treatable illness. After hours of waiting and various unnecessary tests added to my bill, they sent me home still in excruciating pain and with no antibiotics or anything of the sort
I have taken my domestic partner to the hospital in West Chester, and to the main hospital for testing etc.She has some serious multiple health issue's! She is very much immune compromised. I was very shocked the first time we arrived that no one has to wear a mask? This is a medical facility. Why is this optional?? Every other hospital I have been to, they wear a mask! We waited in the main hospital, on Auburn in the cardiology area, for heart testing, it was extremely crowded, no place to sit, construction workers blowing dust, and dirt everywhere, older people with walkers etc. No one had a mask on except us, and a couple of elderly people. This is not good!! You have very sick, and immune compromised people coming in and out. They should be protected, considering they are also in a medical care facility, which puts you even more at risk to catch anything! Even when she had a heart test done that day, at your main hospital, there were three people in her room. One person had a mask on, and was wearing it correctly, other man had it below his nose, and the woman who was in and out had no mask! How many people are being put at risk everyday because of your optional choice to wear a mask?? This is not a political matter, but more a serious health matter to many people. It is a hospital, not a place like a retail store or restaurant, where the sick people can choose NOT to go. Come on Christ Hospital, please step up to the plate, clean, mask up, and protect your vulnerable sick patients! Show you care!!

Has a Joseph Beth Book section, fresh flowers, cards, gifts, health & beauty items, Cincinnati Branded items, candy, pop, chips, collectables and more! The best Hospital Gift shop I have seen. Very clean and stylish. The staff is super friendly. What a great place!
No information on how to find where I’m going from doctors besides a suite number, nothing should me suit numbers. Nobody showed up to the information center for at least the 15 minutes I was there before I left. Completely discombobulated
Parking was a little confusing. The staff, nurses and doctors are all very friendly. The room was clean but did have some rust on the door frame. The bathroom in the room was a little on the small side. You can tell it is a older hospital. Plus was told to bring my own toiletries. I Did have a private room.
Could not say enough great things about this hospital. By far the best around. The hospitality is amazing, when you’re already in pain or in an uncomfortable position health wise they’re so reassuring and they make the entire process easier. Reassurance and warmth are all a patient could ask for from a nurse or doctor. They explain what they’re going to do before they do it, they thoroughly explain what things mean as far as medical terminology and other concerns, they always answer any questions. 10/10 and way better than St. E in all aspects.
The hospital passed along a bill from a doctor in their ER to Team Health company who handles bills from doctors and not the facility. From what I gathered, they passed along an old address, phone number, and email from 12 years ago and not the one that the one the hospital had on record we received and paid all bills from the hospital themselves that were sent to our correct address. Because of this, Team Health was not able to contact us and sent this bill to a collection agency. I just spent 2 hours on the phone with companies confirming this was a legit bill and the correct amount due.....all because the hospital cannot accurate pass along information to the companies they work with.
When my mother was sick and hospitalized quite often at Christ, the doctors, nurse, and staff really became family. There were times that the nurses knew my children by name. My whole family has always been treated with the best care… even when I was hospitalized myself. I truly had never had a bad experience. I will forever be grateful for all of the services my mom and family received. Thank you.
True professionals and understanding with Christ Hospital. Utmost professionals with a warm understanding. Highly recommend, they earned my trust a long time ago and I now go to them for everything.
