My business philosophy is simple: I strive to deliver a positive experience for every customer. This is accomplished through the collaborative efforts of the Coldwell Banker Burnet team who are dedicated to the success of your housing transaction. For over 40 years, we have received high marks from our home buying and selling customers in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. It is my plan to continue this tradition and I look forward to serving you.
Personal Background
Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Burnet, I was a senior level accountant for about 7 years at a property management company. With my passion for real estate, I decided to utilize my knowledge of property management and combine my love of numbers and details into helping people with the most important transaction in their lives!
My personal commitment is to build trust with my clients by comfortably shepherding them through the process of buying a home they love, or selling to the most qualified buyer, with cost effectiveness in mind (It's the accountant in me!).
As a Coldwell Banker Burnet sales associate, I will deliver a true one-stop-shopping experience for home buyers and sellers. These services include the professional coordination of the home search, property marketing, negotiation of purchase or sale, and coordination of closing details. We also offer home financing through PHH Home Loans, title insurance and closing through Burnet Title, rental services, and the services of NRT Insurance, and Burnet Relocation. Customers can also access Concierge services through the Home Resource Center.
