Very friendly and professional staff including managers such as Charlie, Victoria, and Rich or Rick. Very clean environment! Parking is very convenient. One thing that attracted me to do banking there is that this Credit Union is not profit-driven but fair and loving for supporting and helping mission work for the poor! Other major banks such as Well Fargo and Chase banks are after money making and supporting financially for Pride Month of LGBTQs that are abominations to God! They also require high minimum balances! CCCU only requires $100 or even once not imposing a penalty fee for my balance lower than $100 I remember. I live by faith and always help the poor when I have extra. Christians and all customers: If this CCCU is not too far from your home, open or keep your account! God gave me two signs not to open an account with Chase though it is near my home. May God bless CCCU and you all customers! I pray God's prosperity will pour into your life!
Don't waste your time. Always an issue. Wait in different lines to get something done. Minimum 15min wait in line no matter how many in line. Then gotta go to front desk to do something teller won't do. Then back to teller bc front desk doesn't work with money. Update The VP contacted me to inform me they are making changes in the way this situation was handled. It'll be a much better and expedient process. Thank you to Christian Community Credit Union. I appreciated the way you handled my concern.
I have been a member of this Credit Union since I was a teenager, I think, and joined because my Dad, who was a minister, was in this CU. This means I´ve been a member going on at least 45 years and I have a 6-figure balance currently. Getting through on the phone - from a foreign country - takes several minutes - if not several attempts. Call-backs rarely work and lines are crossed because I got a mail last week that they couldn´t call me back in Germany, when indeed, someone HAD called me back after at least an hour, when I had only been 4th in line. This has happened repeatedly. My need to transfer money to Germany has been a challenge because there are two interim banks involved and of course the CU doesn´t guarantee my money once it leaves their bank. I have written an e.mail stating I am going to close my accounts and never even got a response. The VISA card charges foreign fees, and interest on cash advances, which is RIDICULOUS. Almost NO OTHER BANK does this. I´m getting out as soon as I can get stateside to open an account at a bank for whom I am a valued customer and will get a VISA card that I am not gouged for every time I use it. Really disappointed. My Dad, if he was still alive, would be horrified at the lack of customer service.
What a bad service I experience in this bank in San Dimas. I was trying to cash a $42 check, yes a $42 check not $4200. It took the teller nearly 8 minutes and was still trying to verify the check. I finally took back the check and told her I would go to my own bank. They were saying they needed approval. I don’t understand why it took so long? The check was from my family member as explained. I gave them my License and anything else needed. All she kept doing was typing information on her computer. They need to upgrade their system.
CCCU is incredible, I have been a member for 3 years and feels like a lifetime. I love the fact that they donate to church’s ministries and Christian organizations and not things as a Christ follower I wouldn’t support.
A small personalized Federal credit union which offers many services comparable to a large commercial bank. Everyone is friendly and helpful and will take all the time needed to answer questions and provide services. It must be good because I've been a member for over 40 years. And I can't say that about Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Sorry, big guys, you've failed me too many times in the past.
Beware!!!! The ATM swallowed my card. It said my withdrawal attempt was “unauthorized” and confiscated my card. I immediately called my credit union and they said nothing was wrong with my account and no flags were set. So, don’t use this ATM if you’re not a member here.
Worst costumer service ever, is like inposible for me to even make a payment on my car loan. I would not recommend to anyone using them is my worst experience with a credit Union
Thank you Patty and Mary with my online mobile transaction. We just moved out of State and this was so helpful and easy. Great service!
