I've been a customer of Christian's insurance agency for about 2 1/2 years now. In that time I've had more proactive communication & positive customer service experience than I'd had in the previous 25+ years combined! Christian provides a truly personal experience. She's always responsive to questions and has not once done the typical hard up-sell I'd experienced from every single insurance agent I've had up until her. I'm confident that my home and auto liability are sufficiently covered - for a competitive price - and that when I need to talk to someone about my insurance needs she is always happy to help!

Started out great, but the service really fell apart & the owner is so unprofessional, rude, talks over you & down right hung up in me.  Some changes didn’t get made a long time ago but got corrected which wasn’t a big deal to me - people make mistakes, it got fixed, I got refunded.  However, when another change didn’t get made I expressed that this was the second time and started to remind her of our conversation where I brought it up, but the owner wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise, talked over me, then hung up on me.  When I called back I asked her if she hung up me & she replied ‘I just felt the conversation wasn’t going anywhere’ and proceeded to hang up on me again.  I didn’t yell or cuss or do anything crazy like that.... I’m absolutely stunned and appalled anyone in this type of service industry would act so disgustingly. It makes me wonder what other balls have been dropped. I will be contacting corporate & the insurance commissioner.  Luckily, I have the call records through my carrier.

I've been with Christian for about 15 years. She has always provided excellent coverage and support. I recommend her for anyone who needs insurance.

I love the young blonde girl who is very professional and pleasant to deal with. I am glad that American family has people who actually cares for you like a family.
