Chris is a “people person”, who is passionate about connecting people with their dream homes. Her mission statement: “To serve my clients with honesty and integrity and provide unprecedented service.” Chris is a “hands-on relational REALTOR®” who guides her clients before, during and after the transaction.
Chris was born and raised in Gilroy, CA and is proud to be considered a Native Gilroyan. Her family owned and operated Gilroy Lumber Company, Inc. for over 50 years. While working at Gilroy Lumber she developed a passion for the home building industry.
She has an entrepreneurial spirit and “real estate is in her blood.” Since purchasing their first home right out of college, Chris and her husband have participated in numerous real estate transactions including other single family homes, bare land, a professional office building and a student apartment complex for their personal portfolio.
She has acquired specialty skills and experience in Land Acquisition, Real Estate Development, General Construction, Property and Sub Contractor Management.
Early in her work career, Chris owned and operated Wheeler Management Services. She served as the bookkeeper for several small businesses. Additionally, she was the property manager and the bookkeeper for a planned unit development. Chris was responsible for accounts receivable which included placing escrow demands, filing liens, overseeing the maintenance of all common grounds and reporting to the Board of Directors.
All of this experience spurred her on and she joined the leading real estate brokerage in northern California, Coldwell Banker, in Morgan Hill, CA. As a member of the Coldwell Banker family, Chris has listed and sold homes in San Jose, Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy and Hollister.
