It’s Christmas all year around at this store, looking for items for my Xmas baskets and this location had it all! Parking is a bit hard on weekends! Plan ahead!

I like this store and it has a lot of gadgets and good stuff I just wish they would have electric carts for HP shoppers. I can never shop a long time and really look at stuff because they don’t and have to give up and go to Target :-

If you have the time, we spent 3 1/2 hours, this is the place to get lost in shopping!  Now let us talk about reverse sticker shock, so many items were on sale for 50% off!  The staff was quite helpful on 3 different occasions. My wife and I wholeheartedly suggest this be marked on your shopping map. Have fun!

Christmas tree shops, you can't live without this place! it has everything, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Plus the  summer holidays ....  How to start your shopping experience,  Step 1. COFFEE in hand ,or water bottle if you insist.  Step 2. Leisurely stroll through the aisles, as your eyes peruse the latest goods, that you didn't come in for you came in specifically for pot holders, but you allowed yourself to become distracted as you continue to fill your carriage, minus the pot holders,oops...  Step 3. Head for the check out,you hit it just right not to many people in line, you graciously let your fellow shopper  go ahead  of you, as they only have two items as compared to your haul that will barely fit into the back of the minivan...  Step 4. Exhale, sip repeat.... Mission accomplished.... Suburban nirvana achieved....

Their prices are getting pricey for the Christmas tree shop so that's pretty much what I have to say other than that they have some nice stuff I always find little things for the holidays

Normally I love the Somerville location. On this Saturday afternoon, I had a less than stellar experience.  My mother found coffee mugs on a shelf labeled 50% off.  At the register they did not ring up as such.  The cashier asked another cashier who was not certain.  They then called a third woman over who also didn’t know.  I offered to go take a picture and the woman came with me.  She proceeded to tell me the sign said select coastal decor, of which the whole shelf was of a coastal theme.  They lost me as a customer for a few reasons.  One, I should not have had to go find the product myself.  One of the women should have offered to check.  Two, it was clearly a product that was 50% off but we were refused the discount.  It’s not worth my time to argue over such a small amount of money, but the level of customer service was horrible.  I understand dealing with rude customers who may abuse someone in retail, however, we were calm and kind.   As I told the women when I left, you lost a customer over a few dollars and from a client satisfaction perspective, this shouldn’t have happened.

Went to Christmas Tree Shop today. haven’t been there for over 6 mos. It has changed .  Not nearly as good as it used to be. Prices have soared ! Probably won’t be returning any time soon

Great store.  Plenty of parking.  Great location.  Staff are friendly and welcoming.  They have a lot of household items.
