I had an awesome interaction with Cheuk from the JP office. I just bought a new SUV and I called the office to start the process of switching my insurance over to the new truck and was lucky enough to get Cheuk. He gave me detailed instructions on what I had to do as well as what he needed from the dealership and kept me updated throughout the day as to where he was in the process. I give Cheuk 5 stars and a great representative of Christopher Kokoras Insurance Agency.
Marta and Brenda definitely know what they are doing. It's most convenient for me to go to the Dorchester office but I do take the ride out to JP and deal with the parking situation because they simply are the best at what they do.
Been with them for at least 8 years now, pretty knowlegeable and always willing to help.
Two days, 10 phone calls and they are still not able to send one binder back. Every single time when I call they were telling me that they will send in a next 5 minutes, blaming always on the another colleague. Ridiculous!
Great guy and knowledgeable about Insurance and he's a listener, that's what I really like about him!
They say the open 10:00am and it's 10:40 am and I'm still waiting for them to open.
