My wife is a professor and her college uses this thing to organize her trips. Everything is SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE through them and people are treated like trash by them! HORRIBLE!

My company requires booking through christopherson business travel. With no reservations, this company is the worst travel agency I’ve ever worked with. They continually screw up the travel itinerary. They don’t send the emailed itineraries when booked. Multiple times they have told me that there would be a large rebooking fee because the “airline’s policy” demanded it. Turns out the airline refunded me money for rebooking. This is a terrible travel agency. Don’t book here if you have the choice.

I've had a great experience working with Tiffany Snowball at the State travel office. She was very detailed and informative. She was very personable and blunt. She explained rules of the ticket I purchared  and rules for checking in. Tiffany was great to work with and made my experience very simple.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Some of there reps are so rude that I’m not sure how they are actually keeping their jobs.

This company is phenomenal at what they do. The people that work here make the world of difference while successfully planning travel for over 250-3,000 people at a time. Great work, CBT!

Amazing place to work. Best leaders in the industry. It's great that a company cares this much about people. A complete unique experience.

Our company booked a trip and paid for it 2 months early and less than a month before we were to leave they changed our flight itinerary and gave us the worst options available to choose from.  Very disappointed that they could do that and make us all change plans, very unprofessional! 

The best people and wonderful place to work and travel with.

I've booked business trips with Christopherson a couple of times now and it's been a smooth experience. I like their itinerary software.
