Christus Trinity Clinic Urgent Care Sulphur Springs

The line was long. I waited 10 min to see how things were moving. They need more doctors of something. I left and went to the Christus ER. A nurse saw me stumbling toward the door and got a wheel chair. Then, she brought me to the check-in and parked me in a safe place.

Surprised by all the bad reviews. My experience was great. There were 3 people in front of me but I was still seen within 30 mins. I was provided a script for antibiotics and started getting better within 3 days. Will return for urgent care needs.

Go to the other clinic. It’s not worth the trouble to come here. We came and tested positive for flu, but were told that all pharmacies were out of tamiflu so they didn’t send a prescription request. Turns out Walmart had some the whole time. But it was too late to do anything about it and we went through the weekend without it. Had they have even sent the prescription this wouldn’t have been an issue.

We got there, and were seen pretty quick, I knew my son had strep, so they tested, it came back negative, but the sent it off for culture to see if the bacteria grows, so they sent us home with zero meds, cool I get it, but the next day, culture came back and it’s positive now. Someone eventually calls me and says they’ll send in antibiotics…….. never happened, sooo my son is sick on day 2 without meds, next day Sunday I call the pharmacy to see if his meds are ready yet, guess what?…… they still haven’t been called in. This makes 3 days my son is sick without antibiotics, on top of them being closed, even though the hours listed online states they are open, I have no way to get ahold of someone to get them to send in the meds that they said they would send in. So it looks like it could be another full day before my son gets the meds he needs. Thanks Urgent Care for the extended sickness.

I have two baby girls and it is always easy to get them in here when their primary care is unavailable. The providers listen to concerns and take care of any issues we have.

Went in for antibiotics for a sinus infection. I know it is a sinus infection because I had one last month and feel the exact same way. They asked if I wanted to be tested for flu & strep just in case. I said sure. I get a call saying I have covid. How did I go from the NP telling me i have a sinus infection and getting antibiotics to having covid?

I will always come here! The wait may be a little lengthy but it’s always worth it. Especially when I get to see Colbie Cross. Every time she sees me, she takes the time to carefully listen to my concerns, is very professional, and so sweet and easy to talk to. Her nursing staff are always so sweet to me when it comes time for an injection or blood draw because I am a huge baby when it comes to those things. Great place overall.

I went in do to food positioning. I knew it was food poisoning cus of my symptoms I was having. The np told me he knew I was extremely dehydrated. Welll duh yet did nothing about it. Began to explain to me that I had a uti....I dont thinks so. Put me on antibiotics which I did not need for salmonella poisoning and sent me on my way. Also wouldn't let my friend in the room with me. All this to have to go back to the e.r. just get the right care I needed. Which in return was no sign of a uti at all. Doc there gave me i.v. fluid and the much needed care. This place is an absolute joke. And so is the staff and the n p. Travis wies!!!

The person at the front spent 10 minutes talking to a guy about his hogs when there were 4 of us waiting in line to check in. I try to lower my expectations when visiting new places, but this was next level inefficiency. Also, she had no idea how their online system worked when I called. The whole administrative experience just lacked professionalism. So, if you want someone to chat you up... this is your place. If you want to see a Dr. timely... maybe visit another urgent care.

I am very skeptical about urgent care/minor emergent centers but I will have to say how pleasantly surprised I was with this place. The front office people were very nice, pleasant and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Nurse was very caring and really acted concerned. The I get the Dr., she was very personable and friendly. She was very caring and listened to what I had to say! The best thing is its not considered a minor emergency center so the visit itself was the same copay as if it were a visit at my own Dr ofc!! I would highly recommend this place and I'm sure I will be back again as well !!!!
