If you enjoy buffets, Chuck-A-Rama is the best buffet chain in Utah. This location is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is solid. In particular, our server Hunter was fast to clear our finished plates and get us refills. Pro tip: the menu changes daily, so check before you plan your visit to get the food you want. Don't forget to grab a scone with honey butter - it's life-changing. The parking lot gets tight during peak hours, so be aware. As a final note, if you leave hungry from Chuck-A-Rama, you've done something wrong, and need to rethink your life.
Chuck-A-Rama was just what we needed tonight. I like being able to build my own salad lots of choices of ingredients and go back for an entirely different plate full of other stuff too! I like to see all of the food out in front of me in buffet style. The workers were having a hard time keeping up with the dishes on the tables so at first it was hard to find a clean place to sit at. I wish I had left overs to take home like I do when I go someplace else you're not allowed to take any food home, but it is still worth going to experience the buffet.

Food quality has tanked at at this restaurant. Most items were dry, stale, mislabeled, and the meats were very concerning. Service was also extremely poor. I was walking around with my infant asking for a highchair and non of the workers would let me get one, they said I had to wait for my waiter. Our waiter showed up when we were nearly finished eating and heading for dessert- they asked if we wanted drinks.. we asked for two kid cups of juice for our toddlers- the waiter brought the juice in cups with lids but didn't give us straws so we had to go to where the juice is anyways to get our own straws. Had to dig through a dozen plates to find one without food chunks on it.. same story with the silverware. The dishes are not being adequately cleaned. Attaching pictures of the bathroom which speak for themselves.. we went for lunch, this wasn't end of day or dinner rush so not sure how any of this could be excused. Will not return to this location- possibly not this chain. *Edit to add that there was also NO WATER
We decided to try their new online ordering option and we're very happy with our choice. Food: Sconces, roles, honey butter were perfect. So was the salad. The baked chicken was good, but I think I like the fried option better. Presentation: The food was hot, organized and packaged neatly for us. Everything was in a paper or cardboard container, except the salad. So bonus points for minimal plastic waist. Our order was ready when we pulled up. We just called and they brought it out to our car. Price: The family meal options are a really good price. I took photos of the whole order just so anyone reading this can see what we got for under $60. Fed a family of 4 with leftovers.
Everything was freshly prepared, hot and ready. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Would definitely recommend, everybody gets what they want plus they have the best scones and rolls!Food: 5/5
I've always liked Chuck-A-Rama and today was no exception. They're usually not so busy at the time I go, so the food is nice and fresh and the service is excellent. My favorite are the scones and today they had pecan pie. So delicious. I just found out that they have Chuck a Rama to go. I'm going to have to give it a try.
Don't even know where to start. We dropped in for the lunch menu. We found out that it was Chinese day. We were cool with that because we all like Chinese. Well, we were immediately met with dismay. Their effort on Chinese day left much to be desired. They had one tiny little area with a few Chinese dishes. They had some weird beef dish that was impossible to eat. It was tough and fatty. They had some weird chow mein dish out there. There were way more carrots in the pan than noodles. The rest of the food tasted very cheap. It seemed like everything came from a box. I don't think they made anything from scratch. For the price of admission you'd think they could at least make real mashed potatoes. All of the desserts came out of a box. They all taste really cheap, low quality. With just a few tweaks the food could be much better. Make real potatoes, make real whipped cream. Not worth the money folks. Don't make the same mistake we did.
well i’m screwed tonight place is so disgusting and gross i literally am going to barf. pie had water over flowing had a chocolate bow of disgusting stuff ahhhh do not recommend steer clear of this place
The employees here are very good at their jobs. They really care about the customers and are all so nice. I feel like this location is well managed. I love the various drink choices that are included, and you’ll never run out of Cholula here! I want to love this place, but I feel like other local restaurants provide better food for the money spent.
