My grandchildren had alot of fun. The food was good and we had great family fun while making Memories.Food: 4/5
This location was great. All of the games in working order and Chuck E came out every hour or so which the kids loved. Preston was working the prize counter and was very helpful and patient with my children, helping them pick out the perfect trinkets with their tickets. His positive attitude helped us achieve a truly enjoyable experience. We will be returning to this location in the near future. Money well spent.
Jerry, the general manager, went above and beyond for me setting up my daughters birthday. EMMA WAS THE SHINING STAR!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! She's the birthday host and if you're scheduling a party here, REQUEST HER!!! She is kind, and cares about the kiddos!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my little light, being sure to make her day special!!!! : Kid-friendliness: Emma is the best! :
Nice, very clean location. The staff was nice, which made the visit very pleasant. My children enjoyed their time, since now visits are timed according to what you purchase. I guess it is a smart move especially when people used to just hoard tables and not give other opportunities of sitting down.
They have really cleaned up the Fairview Heights location. My granddaughter had a blast running around. It was not very busy for a Sunday afternoon.Food: 3/5
It's been a long time since I've been to a Chuck E. Cheese. We had our Grandson's 6th birthday party there. Just the immediate family. Got there about an after open time. Best time ever to show up. No crowd, Got to sit almost anywhere there were others already there and got food order in with quickness. The boy was having a blast. FOOD: Ordered one of the combo's. Pizza and a sampler. Was delivered to the table quick. Pizza surprised me. It was very good. The place was clean. We all had a good time. Will be back.
This is the cleanest I have ever seen this place look in decades! The manager only had 1 person working behind the counter and 2 others cleaning crew on the floor. Although some of the games weren't working, the food was excellent and the service was outstanding.
I always love going to Chuck E. Cheese’s as a kid, I celebrated my birthday one time but sadly, Chuck E. wasn’t in the room. BUT, no matter the I still like it and their pizza is AMAZING!!!! May not be like the CEC vibes I had back in the 90s and early 2000s but it’s just as magical.
Everyone here is polite enough, which is nice. I've ran into a few instances of employees telling me the wrong info about various programs they are running, so if something sounds wrong don't feel bad asking for a second opinion. The food is okay, but just letting you know that the basic pizza price is for just a cheese pizza and that any topping past that is another $3. Do not go on a Sunday afternoon, as I just found out. This is probably the first time I've went on this time of day, and there were at least five machines that I ran into that were broken / had an error and could not be used. Several of them had been broken for some time, as you could see that there were dozens of credits from people swiping their cards and not being able to play. Overall it's an okay way to spend an hour with the kids. Kid-friendliness: Everyone there has been mostly nice, with a few people being indifferent.
We ordered 2 large one topping pizzas, some play points, and drinks. Spent $62 on cardboard pizza so my kids can play games and win some 50 cent junk toy from China that they mark up 500 percent. What we received were two medium pizzas on a large tray. Two medium oblong pizzas. I approached the manager about it who offered me two medium pizzas or another substitution. I asked for play points. He very generously gave both my kids 100 play points. I thought that was more then fair and that everything was ok. My daughter went up to order something and heard him trash talking me. So she asked him "should you really be talking about your customers like that" to which he promptly shut up and walked away. I was very polite to this man. I simply wanted my money's worth. I did not cuss him or his staff, I was not a "karen" about it. As a former Chuck E Cheese employee I know my order was not correct. His behavior was simply childish and unprofessional. We will not be back. Sky Zone is right next door. Edison and The Edge are near by as well. Plenty of better options out there.
