So much fun for kids birthday! We'll organized, very reasonable price and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Hostess took care of food and cake, as well as clean up. Worth every penny to spend time playing unlimited game time with the kids!Food: 3/5
As an ex employee of Chuck in Methuen, I was pretty impressed with the store. Not bad .. not bad at all... I miss y'all dearly. Also note to parents, stop being unbearable with these employees. This is a place for a kid to be a kid. Not for parents to act childish and throw temper tantrums. Have some decency and think for a moment about all that those employees have to do to make sure your kid gains a core memory. Oh, and tip your party host.
I had a really good time at this location it was so much fun the animatronics are in better condition than ever I found out that they got repaired a few weeks ago and whoever repaired him is a legend these animatronics are such good condition the better condition than Hicksville Long Island Chuck E. Cheese 10/10 would go again
When I found out that many Chuck E Cheeses are losing their animatronics but this is one of the few locations left to have a full band, I had to check it out. And it was great! I was super impressed with how well maintained they were too. Thanks so much for letting me in to eat some pizza and watch some shows!! Great show, great pizza, kind staff, clean store!!! So I just wanted to write a good review as a thank you. I really hope this location stays open for many years to come. Please give them your business!!
We had a FANTASTIC visit on 7/19. The young woman at the front counter was so helpful, as this was our first trip! She walked us through all our options. The store was very clean, and the employees were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs! The actual food wasn't bad, and was hot and fresh.

This is a pretty good location. The space is newer and they are clean and neat. The staff are friendly and supportive. They even serve beer in this location with the limited Brand But you need to show the ID proof of each one to buy the beer here. Veg pizza is also tasty. They have plenty of car parking places.Food: 4/5
Honestly as a parent I cant say "oh I love this place" however, my kiddos have a blast every time we go, and the prices are not terrible. The only issue I have, is I wish they would work on better staffing school vacation and expected busy days.
I held a birthday party for my son Lenny today, and our party hostess was fantastic. She was doing everything by the book and making sure our celebration was all we wanted! She was really nice and approached us several times during our party to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were having a good time. We tipped her since she said we didn't have to, but she absolutely deserved it. I used to work there and can tell she takes her job seriously and is wonderful with children! She's definitely good at her work and knows how to make visitors feel welcome and at ease. Our family and friends had a fantastic time today, and I'm pleased it was at Chuck E. Cheese. Today was definitely a remarkable day.
The place is in great shape, kept well cleaned and it was a blast. I’m 19 and was able to get in without a kid just me and my friend. I didn’t cause trouble, I was only there to see the animatronics, which by the way they all work and do perform! 6/28/2022 I was happy to see that, and that alone is worth the trip to see them. I got a large pizza, it was ok, honestly I didn’t expect a high quality pizza, for kids they’ll love it. For teens with taste it’s ok. Edit: I asked the manager after I wrote this review if I could take a picture on stage and he said I could, made the day even better!
