We had a great experience coming to Chucks while visiting Niagara! The food was fantastic, fast, hot and our waitress was so lovely and attentive! I wish I got her name, she was there on Friday night on the 17th, so friendly/funny and helpful! They really had a hometown feel and made us feel really comfortable. Caesar was cheap and so good too!! We will for sure be back to this location when visiting and hope we get the same waitress.
Wow we absolutely loved it here. We spent so much time trying to find a good steakhouse and most were really out of our budget. Chuck's is amazing. Everything is affordable and VERY delicious. Plus our server was the sweetest guy. Definitely recommend and we'll be back next time too
The service was slow, but they were very busy so I don’t blame them. The wings were so good I couldn’t even wait to start eating them! I personally didn’t like the nachos they were overly cooked so the chips were stuck together. The burger reminds me of a family cookout which is a pleasant memory! I thought the restaurant had a really cool design and was neat to see.
First time trying Chucks while in Niagra falls, the food was fabulous. The porterhouse was on point cooked to perfection. My husband's salmon was delicious! I do wish that they had a few more options for appetizers however, kinda of glad that we didn't get appetizers,if we had I probably wouldn't have eaten my whole meal and was to yummy not to finish. Best steak I've had in a restaurant in a long time!! Our waitress was fairly new so she wasn't completely sure on a couple things but she asked other servers and they all were super friendly and nice! Will definitely be back
We were invited there by our friends. Nice restaurant with large variety of food. If you go there to have a beer and a quick bite, the best option most economical will be to get a pitcher :-. Attached pictures are showing a steak, lobster, salmon, beer, cesar salad, mushrooms and other sides. Do not need reservations. The place is large and usually there is no waiting.
If you’re ever visiting Niagara Falls this place is definitely very good for steaks, burgers and appetizers. The value and price is totally worth it compared to the other steakhouse’s in the area, other restaurants charge double the price. Quality is very good and fresh. They cooked the steak perfectly to the desire you like it. I ordered a medium rare T-bone steak and they put a pink stick on it to show customers it was done properly. I will be coming back again when I visit Niagara. Oh and the T-bone Steak entree was on $18
First time visiting Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill yesterday.Was disappointed with the service unfortunately. We did not order much to eat, but the food wasn't bad. Would've have a better experience if the wait for the food wasn't so long as the traffic at the time was not too busy. Experience would have been a lot better if our server Lauren D communicated with us a little more and just provide a better customer experience overall.
Family friendly place in the Niagara tourist region that is reasonably priced and gentle to the wallet! Our kids enjoyed their chicken tenders and pasta $6.99 each but no drink - which was ok for us. We enjoyed our mains - the fish tacos and also the surf and turf meal... limited wine list and beer, but price point and quality was our priority. Will definitely will return. Just note they do have a "honest to goodness" fee which is something they do apply - 3% of the cost of the items ordered. Great for groups too! Our party of seven enjoyed our time there and the hospitality great.
Perfectly cooked delicious steak and flavorful lamb rack. Excellent portion for the price. Can't believe indulging in such a mouthful dinner in the hottest tourist spot within a small budget. Just the sides could have been better, nevertheless going back again undoubtedly!Food: 5/5
The prices at this restaurant are pretty affordable compared to a lot of other places but the food is not really worth it. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our main courses and they weren’t that good. I asked for a medium well steak but got well done instead same thing for 2 other people I went with. I also wish that there were more side options available as there were very limited to begin with. The drink that I got was okay and I didn’t really finish it. The ambiance and service are good.
