We just placed an order for a new hot tub at Church Bros. It was a great experience! Dennis Church was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our endless questions! He gave us a great deal on a Artesian hot tub with so many great features! The other places we checked were far more expensive with fewer features. Church Bros. delivers and sets up your hot tub for free and offers 24/7 customer service for any issues that might arise! Because of Dennis’s knowledge-based, no-pressure customer service, we went from knowing almost nothing about what we wanted to making a decision in one day. Thank you so much Dennis!!
My wife and I recently bought a Jacuzzi 355 from Church Brothers. The whole experience was excellent. From the moment we walked into their store they were extremely helpful and kind. There was no pressure and Dennis gave us a good education on hot tubs and various options. The price and options were much better than other places we had looked. Even the delivery guys did a great job and were very kind as well. The following day after delivery we had an electrician hook the tub up for us. However they got something wrong and it wouldn’t work properly. That was certainly not the fault of Church Brothers. I didn’t know what the problem was so I called Dennis the next morning and he walked me through how to fix it step-by-step. I am definitely no electrician but he was very patient and guided me through the whole process. I’m just sorry I could only give them five stars I would’ve given them 10 if that had been an option.
We bought a Passion Swim Spa from Dennis Church and have had a fantastic experience so far. Both he & Todd have been very helpful & answered tons of questions. After shopping around for a new spa at other retailers. Dennis and his team we're very knowledgeable. He was able to educate me on the difference on a quality spa versus other options on the market. They had the spa in stock and delivered it very quick after I made my decision. Church Brothers also continue to help me with spa maintenance questions since this was my first salt system spa. I recommend going with the Jacuzzi brand but they have other options as well and great warranty's available.
I can’t say enough good things about the service, the delivery, the patience, the understanding & the integrity of Church Bros. We put a deposit on our hot tub almost 3 years ago. COVID-19 had recently hit. Orders for hot tubs were experiencing a 6-month lag for filling. Fast forward to now. Our deck project finally got started & finished enough for a delivery. By then, the hot tub had been in for a year & had dramatically increased in price. Not only did Dennis Church store the hot tub, but he also honored the original price. Then, he also ordered a new type since the original did not fit the space appropriately. Finally, we got our hot tub & the Church Bros delivered it, placed it on our crow’s nest deck, & went over all operations. We are looking forward to FINALLY enjoying our new hot tub. I am recommending them to everyone!!

One, we wanted a known brand that would have parts and service in the future. Two, because the salesperson was also the owner of Church Brothers Family Fun store and has literally a lifetime of experience. Three, our interaction was professional, knowledgeable, and completely without pressure. He sold us the hot tub and he’s been our point of contact after the sale. He personally tested our water, gave us instruction and has been there supporting us since the sale. When we had problems, Dennis didn’t ignore us, he called back promptly and had Chad at our home within 24 hours. Hot tubs are complex and having support after the sale is invaluable. We made the right choice – with both brand and dealer.

Dennis met us personally in the show room, and took the time to understand our physical needs for a more therapeutic spa experience. He helped us select a model which had all the bells and whistle‘s that we wanted. The install team was amazing, and they helped select a location on our deck for the spa, and had it set up and going in no time at all. It was probably about noon or 1 PM on Friday when the spa was delivered and installed, and my wife and I were both in the spa in 100° water by 7 PM. I was amazed at how fast the spa heated up the water, as our water comes from a well and is extremely cold. I would not hesitate to recommend Dennis and Church brothers for your pool and spa needs
