Church Ranch Event Center is a spacious, beautifully landscaped location with rustic charm. An attractive setting that’s distinctively Colorado, the 7,000 square foot building has the feel of a rustic Colorado cabin, complete with open wood beam ceilings. The Center features 30-foot ceilings and an open floor plan, with the main room comfortably seating over 450 guests.

The outdoor space at Church Ranch features two acres of winding pathways, beautiful landscaping and magnificent water features. Archways and pillars nestled amongst the trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds create a picturesque setting for wedding ceremonies. A 3,500 square foot patio is available for outdoor cocktail hours or receptions so your guests can enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather while experiencing the scenic atmosphere.

Attended a wedding at Church Ranch Event Center, and this facility was absolutely beautiful! Celebration planned for outside, where fountains, flowers and other lovely photo spots abound, all rustically elegant. However, weather turned out to be too rainy. No worries, staff accommodated what could have been a last-minute crisis perfectly and professionally, setting up everything inside, as nicely as if it had never been any other way, and minimal stress resulting for Bride and Groom was awesome. Great experience! Pics outside taken after rain stopped.
We recently had our wedding at Church Ranch Event Center, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to have our big day here! From start to finish, the owners/staff were all extremely professional, organized, and helped us every step of the way with planning. They were very attentive with our concerns and wonderful with communication. Everything went exactly how we had wanted and the venue made for gorgeous wedding photos! The garden area is lush and full of greenery, while the indoor reception area is beautifully lit and decorated to perfection. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more thanks to this venue and everyone involved! Our guests had an amazing time celebrating with us! Extremely happy with this place!
Church Ranch Event Center was the venue of our dreams! We fell in love with the outside grounds and the inside reception area the first time we visited. Our wedding was held here about a week and a half ago, and let me just say Church Ranch did such an incredible job of ensuring it was the best day for my husband and me. The staff was so helpful, and our day of coordinator, Erika, did an amazing job. Everything was so organized and seamless, I really didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, which is exactly how it should be. I can't recommend them and their preferred vendors enough!
We recently had our wedding at Church Ranch in August. The venue was beautiful and the event was amazing! Our guest had a great time. Their recommend vendors for food and DJ were fantastic! We used Greens Point Catering and loved it. Our issue was the administration portion. Be sure to have paper trails of everything! We met with the event planner for the initial meeting. We discussed our vision and picked a few enhancements. They failed to tell us “once added to the contract it can’t be taken away”. We added a donut wall a year in advance for our event. A few months before the wedding we decided against the wall. I first asked for it to be removed but understood when they said no as we paid for it and it was added to the contract. I requested we exchange it for a different enhancement and noted we would pay the difference. They stated no, it can’t be removed or changed. I was shocked! This didn’t make any sense to us. Eventually right before the wedding they allowed us to switch it but it took much convincing on our part. We went to a dessert tasting with one of their preferred vendors, the Dessert Bar. We left the tasting so sick, we had food poisoning for 2 days. We never received any communication from the vendor after the tasting nor did we reach out to the Dessert Bar. There was no signed contract by us. We received the final invoice with this vendor added. We brought it to Church Ranch’s attention that we never requested that nor told them we wanted it. Kim, in accounting, advised this was a problem on our part as they never mess up the contracts. We looked through all our emails. There was never communication about dessert other than one email from the event planner asking, we somehow missed the email and didn’t respond. We advised Kim there was no paper trail so it needs to be removed. She said she would look through all records and let us know but, “she does everything over the phone.” I explained to her if it’s not in writing it didn’t happen. She told us again “it was added to the contract you signed”. We had our original contract showing it wasn’t there. Kim looked through all the records and agreed we never requested the vendor. She fixed it for us asap but we had to fight for it and provide proof. It was pouring rain right up until our ceremony. The day of event coordinator was very persistent, asking us to make a decision if we wanted inside or outside. We made the decision to do it outside. She kept coming to us with reasons why it had to be inside and then would ask again what we wanted to do. Every time we said outside, that’s what we paid for. We felt very pressured to do it inside. We were also told on two different occasions the venue had umbrellas for guests if it rained. Day of, they didn’t. We stuck with our decision to do it outside. The rain passed right in time and we had a beautiful ceremony! I would be so upset if we followed the planners recommendation and did it inside. Later, the planner suggested we could shut down early if we wanted. At this point we still had a ton of guests and everyone was having a great time on the dance floor. Overall the coordinator felt very pushy to us and was the one negative part of our wedding day. Be advised the initial planner you speak with will not be the same throughout the planning and someone new will be the day of coordinator. Overall a beautiful venue! There are a few kinks on the administrative side that rubbed us the wrong way. After being persistent about the issues they fixed them.
My husband and I just had our wedding here two weekends ago and it was so much fun! Here’s our review: -Our day of event coordinator Lucinda was the absolute best! She’s very firm and in chargemuch like myself and so to be able to pass that along to someone else so I could enjoy my wedding night was such a perfect experience! Because of her experience and knowledge in the field she knew exactly what we needed and anticipated our every need before we knew what we needed. Because of her, our night went off without a hitch and we really appreciated how communicative she was. she kept us on track with our timeline & made sure everyone understood and respected my husband and I. -The Church Ranch team was amazing to work with. They ensured our timeline was organized and we had a few meetings to ensure a smooth day. We held the ceremony inside due to cold temperatures outside and it was such a beautiful ceremony space. Their team flipped the space very quickly and efficiently during the cocktail hour. We’re not from the area so through the wedding planning process we heavily relied on their team to provide us an inclusive location with their preferred partners. Each partner we used we were more than pleased with the service. we used: Hilary Moore photography A music plus entertainment for the DJ Catering was Deshebrado Our guests have expressed how beautiful the venue is and really enjoyed the fire pits outside when they needed a breath of fresh air. Lots of our guests took advantage of the photo op right next to the bar w the beautiful emerald green sofa and neon sign.
I was here for a company party and loved this place! It definitely is a hidden gem because I had no idea this was even here, and I drive past it almost every day going to work! The staff was very friendly and helpful! This place is beautiful and very spacious. There are many different areas, inside and outside, where it would be easy to hold a wedding or themed event! The bar is stocked with everything you can think of! The outside grounds area are also great with multiple seating areas and fire pits! Definitely good to have for those fall/winter events! Overall I was very happy I got to experience this event center, highly recommend for a wedding or company event!

From start to finish, every interaction with the employees and vendors at Church Ranch Event Center was absolutely amazing! As the bride, I felt truly taken care of and would highly recommend this venue to anyone. On top of the great staff, the venue was gorgeously decorated and the outdoor area was serene with flowers and water features around every corner. My guests had an amazing time celebrating our special day, and I'm so grateful I chose Church Ranch as they elevated my experience beyond my expectations. I can't say thank you enough!!
I don’t even know where to start with how great our night at the Church Ranch Event Center went! We were accommodated in every aspect we could have imagined by the staff and by our coordinator, Lucinda. The bartenders were extremely friendly and hard working as well. My goodness was it one of the most beautiful venues I’ve been to! From the outside ceremony set up, accommodating our many guests, to the reception tables inside. Such a hidden gem in Westminster, if not the whole state of Colorado. It was everything we imagined and more. My wife Nicole and I were blown away with how our special day turned out. I can’t give enough thanks to the whole staff for making our wedding the most unforgettable night of our lives.
If you want to see how a company pushes the blame of their clients and fails to take accountability, read their reply- I was extremely disappointed. I left my wedding in tears tonight from how awful everything went. Bartenders were so rude and condescending to our guests. Dj their preferred vendor was so lost and would take long pauses in between songs or move too quickly. I couldn't dance at my own wedding from the shame n sadness that was brought forth today. Felt like all prior planning was a waste of time having to make changes the day before our wedding despite communicating our wants n needs various times prior. They failed to direct us on how to book another one of their preferred vendors catering despite being asked multiple times. I got calls so often about things being wrong the whole week leading up to our wedding. Despite communicating, i have a baby at home. a HUGE waste of money. I wish today never happened or at least not at Church Ranch.
