Best view of vehicles zooming past on Lee Highway, if you sit outside by the parking lot there are four tables available out there, highly recommended. If you sit inside, you may be able to watch a show on their TV. Their portions are large, and they do actually say, "y'all". The complimentary salsa had weird bubbles in it, but we felt fine afterwards. Kid-friendliness: Yes

From NY, I loved the hospitality. I sat at the bar because I was by myself and the bartender was alone so I expected service to be slow. She was really nice. The food was good a little cold upon arrival. I loved the chips and dip. Would come again.
Very nice first visit. Salsa very fresh tasting. Frozen Margarita much like a Slurpy, tasty and full strong. We had Veggie Enchiladas and a Comida Deluxe almost a taster platter. Lunchtime soundtrack a bit eclectic 80s and 90s pop and rock.
Came here many months and didn't think it was very good. We came tonight to give it a second chance. Evelin was helping us tonight. She was friendly, organized, and efficient. The salsa that came with the chips was on the spicy side. The creme jalapeno sauce was the star of the night. I could put that sauce on everything we ate tonight. My steak burrito with hatch chili sauce was well seasoned and spicy in a good way. I was craving for something flavorful all week and this meal did the job. We will definitely come back soon! Went back to Chuy's again. Lily did a great job as our server. Chicken fajitas was flavorful. I got Fajita Beef Burrito with Boom Boom sauce which was amazingly good.
My bf and I go here all the time. You MUST try their Hatch Chile sauce. I dip the chips in it. I slather it on my rice and tacos. It’s so good. I’m addicted to it. Always have a great server, food is delicious, everything is affordable, and the leftovers eaten the next day are heavenly. I wish Chuy’s was everywhere. Edit: Elijah is one of the best servers you can get there. Not only was he very attentive and kind, but he also was so efficient that we would seldom ever ask for anything e.g., soda or extra hatch green chili sauce because he would already be instinctually providing it. He deserves a raise. All the other servers are very kind, attentive, and hospitable as well. Never had a bad experience here.
This wasn’t a great experience and I think that the Management of the restaurant should have realized how bad their server was in the weeds. I went with my sister and three year old niece for a birthday lunch. It was a rainy Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was not that busy. We were sat and it took approximately 10 minutes before a server came up to even acknowledge us. He seemed out of sorts and took our drink order. We waited maybe twenty minutes to get our drinks while we watched our same server move slowly through other customer orders. We ordered our food once our drinks came but it was hard to not see that almost all of the customers in our section were extremely frustrated as they were either waiting to order or pay their bill but after we ordered our food it seemed that our server went MIA. I believe it was one of the managers that ran our food to our table. It was a gentleman that appeared to be running things in the dining room and in the kitchen. As we were eating our food, we noticed that the server had reappeared. I thought he would come over to our table to check on us but didn’t see him through the course of the meal. As we were finishing up, I mentioned to him that we needed boxes and would take the check. It took forever to get that as well. I paid the bill and just wanted to get out of there as I thought maybe I should speak to the manager then but after being at this place for almost two hours during a not very busy time I was just ready to get out. I understand that the help situation is fairly rough everywhere but please don’t just hire a body to fill a slot. Clearly our server had no business serving customers and the experience left a really bad taste in my mouth.
We had not visited for a while and were disappointed today, the service was mediocre at best, the food was not good, the orders look not appetizing at all and we were disappointed that the taco salad no longer is served in a taco bowl. They ran out of corona bear at 6 PM. Overall a bad experience today.
