I have never left a nail salon feeling so bad about my service before.  I went with my daughter to enjoy a relaxing time together getting pedicures.  I asked on arrival if I could also have the dip polish removed from my fingernails and my nails shaped up along with the pedicure. My technician removed the dip polish, but I was told that she could not do the manicure because they were busy.  I have never been denied a service before and I felt very disrespected.  I will not be returning.

Appreciated them getting me in at 5 when they close at 6pm. Did a wonderful job and the staff is welcoming. Nothing like getting a back massage ‍ while your getting mandi-pedi   I will forever love the creator of these chairs! Love my French gel mani. FIVE STARS!!  thank you!!

This salon is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. They never hurt my nails with the drill and my nails stay on for over a month.

Love this place! I got the V's pedicure with manicure, shine and buff. I also got my eye brows tinted. Great service and people are so nice. I do recommend making an appointment but you can walk in too.

I actually just went for a gel manicure with my mom about an hour and 30 minutes ago, when we got there, there was basically nobody waiting yet I still ended up waiting OVER AN HOUR. I was trying to be understanding but once I got sat, they started on someone who got there after me’s nails first and moved me to a different area. She didn’t ask me if I wanted gel with tips or not which usually they would and just started on my regular nail. She didn’t make my nails look even either, they’re different shapes and sizes. The polish is uneven and splotchy and she painted right onto my skin which I had to pick off in my car. I’m extremely upset and disappointed and will NOT be going there again.Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

Highly recommend going to Will at V’s nails, he is the absolute BEST! I’ve been going to him a few times now & will not go to anyone else until he leaves in August that is : He takes his time to make sure my nails are PERFECT every time!Services:&nbsp;Nail painting

My experience here was nice and relaxing. Everyone was nice. I love my nails.

I genuinely hate to leave reviews in general but after trying to communicate with V nails multiple times I really just want to make sure no one else experiences a similar situation.  I get my eyebrows microbladed with Victoria and she accidentally sent me a confirmation with the wrong date for my appointment. I came in and Lilly was beyond rude to me accusing me of missing my appointment. I explained the situation and she was very dismissive and told me Vicky would get back to me when she could. I called twice and was told Vicky would call me when she had time… No one ever called me back and sadly I had engagement photos the next week. It was an accident and I was never upset with them, I just wanted to reschedule but they never would.  The customer service was so poor and sadly, I don’t recommend V Nails.

The nails turned out great I was just disappointed when I went I was told 20mins but waited over and hour and half while the nail lady went and did a pedicure before doing my nails. I’ve had good experiences but this really disappointed me. The guy even told me sorry about the wait that she was supposed to do my nails but went and did the pedicure instead!Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Appointment started on time and the young lady and the from desk is so very helpful helping you find colors that you want!!! She is awesome at the front of the store!
