Cigar Masters

I pulled up @8:50 on the Dot, they dont close until 9:00 and some guy who i’ve never even seen working there comes to the door and says “ They already counted the register, No”. Like what? ive never had that happen to me, then Another guy walked up @8:55 and they turned off the lights while he was asking them why they were closing early. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I’VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT.

Great place it's been around for years employees are always willing to help you find whatever it is that you may need. They have a wide selection of quality things.

This establishment is one of the best smoke shops that I've been to in the Hampton Roads area not to mention they have one of the best Associates named Rona who is not only professional and knowledgeable but she has a wonderful personality to match

They didn't have what I was looking for specifically but they did have a great selection and the staff was very polite and helpful

Not quite the cigar masters but they do have a small selection of fine cigars

I do wish the selection was more for cigars. But service and staff are great.
