What a douche! Called to inquire about the price of Virginia super slims. Rude male person asks me "how much money do you have?" and proceeded to laugh. I Hung up. Got it at tobacco cigars and more. Would have paid more with how nice and curteous the rep was over the phone and in person. This place sucks!!! I can only imagine how the in-person service is judging from reviews of this place. You will never get my money silly little insecure man.
Mike is the heart and soul of this place. Good customer service, great prices, and a warm smile when you come in. A lot of places you show up and people don't want to even look at you or acknowledge you; this place is the exact opposite of that. Some of the reviews here are also really trollish. The lady below is one example. She rings up a store asks for a price and when Mike makes a joke and laughs she hangs up and throws a hissy fit. Really? Able to judge a guy after a 30 second phone conversation.. Her only other review is also a 1 star... seriously lady.. Random reviewer that just says "Don't buy anything" giving no reason why. Seems like somoone just wanted to put 1 star because they had an axe to grind. People also mentioned prices but I shop around and what people don't get is prices went up due to taxes; read the news guys. Cigs 4 Less is cheaper than every gas station in simi and most other tobacco stores; plus it's locally near my home. As for him being gone randomly sometimes, if you actually spoke to the guy he'd tell you why. He's the only worker, is here 7 days a week, 365/year, and that's why if there is a family emergency he could be gone for hour. It happened to me once too, but it's understandable and I just got a pack a few hours later. So ignore some of the troll reviews here and just walk into the store. He'll make you smile during your first minute there.
Mike is super friendly. Honestly one of the most humble and respectful people that I've met. Carries a good selection of tobacco and accessories. Cheapest place in east Simi that I know of.
Best Prices in Simi and has everything I need near me. When I get my groceries at Vons I can get my vape fix and pick up some cigs for my brother. Also has a Subway right next door if I need a quick sandwich. My new go-to place, can't ask for more. Simple idea, Cigs for less, that's all I want/need.
