Doors open 30 minutes before the first posted showtime of the day.

I’m visiting Miami from Austin, TX and wanted to see Oppenheimer. This is by far the worst movie theatre I’ve ever been to. The entire lobby was covered in sticky stuff. The counters were filthy, all the butter stations were out of order and nasty. They did not salt the popcorn and the popcorn was the whitest popcorn I’ve ever seen in my life. To add to this atrocious location they were out of water as well. The screen also had a stain on it that seems like someone threw a drink at the screen and they never cleaned it off. The seats are torn as well. This place is hella ghetto. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Disgusting and dirty carpets the bathrooms were filthy unsanitary this place is not only old and outdated but there was a huge hole on the ceiling, the seats were torn and there were stains on the walls. Never again; first and last!
Severely outdated, slippery and sticky floor inside the theater, torn seats. Located in a popular mall like Dolphin Mall I expected better. The video was the entrance of the actual movie.
We usually come to this movie theater because it’s convenient, since we can do a little bit of shopping or have dinner before heading to our movie. The lobby of this theater hasn’t changed since they opened it back when I was a teenager, I think it has a retro coolness about it. We recently tried the Dbox and the IMAX theater and loved both experiences, definitely worth paying extra for it. One thing that could be better is the service at the concession, you may have to wait 20 minutes for some popcorn. And the women’s bathrooms could definitely be cleaner.
Today was my first and probably my last visit to this theater. The rooms smell musty and gross, like the carpets or the walls need a deep clean. The popcorn tasted okay, but there was no other food available. They also didn’t have bottled drinks so no water, just sugary pop. The bathrooms smelled like urine. Overall, a bad experience.
Well after reading the reviews on cleanliness and low staffing and them not answering the phone on a Monday, all signs lead me to stay clear. It’s a shame because the Mall has so many dining options. I was calling to ask if they have reclining seats but that’s irrelevant at this point. Thank God for google reviews! Thanks everyone.
On a long wait in town for a flight to Pittsburgh we decided to take in a movie. The theater space where we viewed our film was decent & comfortable, and our service was very pleasant, but the rest of the cinema was a disaster. Our movie was the first showing of the day and the bathrooms men’s and women’s already had stalls out of toilet paper. Signboards to instruct what movies are in which theater do not work, and other signs are burnt out. Our popcorn had already been sitting long enough to cool again, for the day’s first shows, and the entire theater is dirty. Gum stuck on bathroom stall walls, broken plaster, dingy tiles, and a hallway to our cinema that seemed to serve as a storage space for unused promotional standees. All this and full-priced tickets for a matinee-time showing.
Very very disappointed. The theater was so overcrowded that there were people standing in the aisles and the whole row I was in had a group of people either sitting on the floor or sitting on each other. I've honestly never seen such a thing. I picked this CMX at Dolphin Mall because we go to the one in Brickell often and it is top notch. The crowd was obnoxious, rude and it was just very disappointing. Also, it was dirty, the toilets were clogged, the food was expensive and nasty. Abad experience and I'll never go there again.

Probably the worst movie theater in Miami currently. The rest room half work. The place is dirty and not well lit. It needs to get remodeled asap!!! The seats are old. The place looks like from the 90’s. Wont be coming back until they remodel it.
