This is an experience I'd suggest every couple takes. Special occasion preferred * Date Night, Anniversary, etc  My wife and I decided to choose CinéBistro for Date Night.  We arrived minutes before our movie began. Because of that, the lobby bartender said we had to order our food at the bar. TIP: If you order your food at the bar, there is no gratuity or food delivery fee added. If you pick up the food Note: Your usual popcorn,  candy,  and super sized sodas aren't available.  The good thing is... No crowded lobby with long-waits to order food and drinks.   Theater seatingis smaller due to La-Z Boy Recliners. They're generously spaced, with more legroom, and come with swiveled food tray. You don't have to worry about anyone bumping into your seat  Seat adjustment buttons are located under armrest. TIP: Chair has a reading light near the headrest and "Press for Service" button nearby as well.  Waiting staff - James W. provided excellent service and was attentive to our needs. Note: Staff is only allowed to service guests up until the conclusion of the previews. Gratuity is automatically included when ordering from your seat.  My reason for 4 out of 5 star review was because a few drinks were out of stock on a Friday by 7:30pm and because the men's restroom urinal and toilet  were out of order. creating long lines I find this to be unexceptable for a luxury dine-in theater.

First time here, I have heard so much about it. I can say I wasn't disappointed. My suggestion is possibly turning 1 or 2 theaters into 1 big IMAX theater. We shall see

The staff were great. Very courteous and helpful. The theater was very clean, leaving the total experience really nice. I was disappointed in the reclining feature. You can't put your feet all the way up, so it's a bit awkward feeling. The chairs are also set up in pairs. They have little dividers, so you can't see the people on the outside of the paired seats. It's neat and would be amazing if you know the other person sitting next to you. I didn't realize they were set up this way, so I was left sitting next to a stranger in a way that felt oddly exposed. Lesson learned I'll only take the aisle seats from now on.

This was a wonderful experience. The theater is absolutely beautiful. The food is sooooo good, and the wait staff was so polite and helpful. I reserved my seats online and arrived 30 minutes  early as suggested. Understand, this is not an inexpensive movie going experience if you choose to eat, and an 18.5% gratuity is added to your order. An added bonus is that the theater is 21+ after 8pm.

Initial service was a bit sub par, however, the second waiter that served the entire theatre for “seconds” on the unlimited popcorn and drinks was amazing!! The popcorn chicken, always a highlight. The popcorn was cold which was sad, however, I LOVE the recliner chairs. I was a little thrown off seeing young children in the theatre for a 6pm PG-13 show, however, they were VERY well behaved!! The two young boys maybe 4/7 yo in front of us were absolutely precious and incredibly well mannered. Overall, loved the comfortable experience! Giving 4 stars for the sub par initial service and cold popcorn….

Rating is mostly for the seats and the experience. The reclining seats are fantastic and easy to adjust. The wide aisles are easy to maneuver and get in and out. It's nice to have a beer and more substantial snacks, but they are very expensive and not good enough for the price. I recommend to limit yourself to popcorn, which comes out quick and fresh.

First visit. Beautiful venue. Seats are very comfortable and recline. Visual and audio is outstanding. Service gets the -2 star. Ordered 3 items. 2 was brought to me. I waited to possibly get my 3rd item, that should have came with the others....nothing. Halfway through the movie, I had to get up and go to the front desk and ask for my other item I ordered. Missed 5 minutes of the movie. This venue is a movie bistro. If you can't bring me all my 3 items and I have to do your job, then maybe coming back might not be in my future. Prices are very expensive compared to other dine in locations around the Richmond area. When trying to find a current menu and pricing, it was nonexistent on their site. Not good for the first time Patron. The main reason  to visit this venue is the movie and meal/dine. My movie was interrupted and service....not so good. I would like to give this place another try because what I did smell....smelled amazing, but with other dine in movie locations that I give 5 star ratings....myself returning does not look promising. If you do choose to go, I have attached a current menu to help you make some choices before you go to this location. This information was not available to me before I went and would have been very nice to have prior to coming here.

Fun venue, the only theater in the Richmond area I’ve be able to find with a recliner seating! The partitions between ever 2nd seat was really nice to stay in the moment with only the person you came with. Great food options, we got a sticky rice bowl, artichoke pancakes, and cheese ravioli. Disappointed that we weren’t given proper update on the kitchen close time as I did want dessert. Will still go back so clearly it wasn’t that off putting! Table side service and a little flashlight on the seat were huge pluses.

Nice theater the food and service were good.  Be ready to drop some cash though.  Movie tickets are $20, most food plates are $20-30 and drinks are $6.  The seats are great.  Soft, comfortable, and power reclining with foot rest.

Never seen a movie theater like this one! Definitely one of a kind! Amazing service, very easy check in, and don't forget the nice jazz music in the lobby! The inside of the theater was just amazing! The chairs felt amazing and so comfy! If they let me, I would definitely fall asleep on those chairs! They have this table that can be moved in and out of the way, and more than enough cup holders if you're bringing a party. Menu is very nice, but doesn't have a lot of variety for younger kids. The cherry on top is the fact that they give you a light that you can turn on and off with ease to be able to eat in the dark, and when you're done, you can just recline the seat and enjoy the rest of the movie! COME HERE AND ENJOY!!
