I called two times to ask what's the earliest show time for the Barbie movie and they do not pick up. I tried calling again and they finally picked up That's kind of bad quality but I do think that their movie theater is good. It's always clean. They have yummy popcorn. I do really think that it's a good movie theater but they need to pick up the phone

I took my grandson to see transformers....he thought the recliners were weird but had fun with it. It is a very comfortable place and the sound is amazing. The red vines were fresh ...not hard ,

It's a good kid movie, but I didn't care too much for it when it came to me. Not a cartoon person. My grandchild enjoyed it. The employees were kind, courtesy, and helpful.

I've been going to this theatre for close to 20 years now, before it was even a Cinemark. It's generally a nice theatre but with the demographics change over the past few years, it's gotten unruly and tonight we made the mistake of going on a weekend night during the summer. For the entire first half of our movie, there was a group of teens coming and going, stomping around, making phone calls with their speakers on. Fairly confident they didn't have tickets for the movie because it was a 3D movie and they had no glasses! They just wanted a place to hang out and be rebellious and unfortunately the audience had to suffer them. It's obvious that security is overwhelmed, and I personally witnessed a security guard being accused of "racial profiling" by the mother of some unruly teen. It's just ridiculous. Lesson learned: weekdays only and not during the summer!!

Great atmosphere, pretty clean, but could it’s busy so I understand. The popcorns were yummy and the workers there were nice to interact with. The seats have reclining buttons which is so cool. I recommend it for date nights for sure!

Don’t go here if you have small children. Tried to see Super Mario Bros here but ended up going to Civic Plaza. They are not friendly at all and gave me a hard time about my stroller telling me I had to put it back in my car. I’m 12 weeks pregnant so carrying my child is not an option for me. There was more than enough space in the front for me to put my child as the whole rows in front were green and a bunch of other places with room next to it. Civic Plaza allows them and is very friendly with kids so I would recommend going there for small children

Nice theater with comfortable seats and great sound system. The closest theater to my house. The App is very convenient and has good rewards. Do yourself a favor and order tickets and concessions on the app and avoid what can be long and time consuming lines. Great prices compared to theaters down the hill. XD is cheaper here than standard format screen in say Rancho Cucamonga.

Poor management. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Weaponizing the police on young black children even after they agreed to leave your establishment. Going against your own policies and refusing children their refunds. Lying to the police saying they have been warned before.. sorry not all black people look alike. I would reconsider supporting and establishment that supports a racist agenda.

Love coming here. Management needs to do a better job. When promotional popcorn tubs and cups come out. They release them way too soon.

The movie Barbie was good I watched it and I liked it the movie theater has recliner seats and heating it also feels good in the movie theater like a good temperaturethe snacks they have are good too like hot Cheetos, pizza, popcorn, slurpies, water, nachos, mozzarella sticks, They also have a arcade part in the theater it has games too play while you wait to watch the movie but normally your late to your movie so I don't think you play that mush
