The concessions stands have improved with all the Kiosk machines and self service, but those prices are way too high. Great full we can bring water and snacks in clear bags inside the stadium. Will always go visit any event here. Wish the seats were replaced with wider seats
Went to Taylor Swift here!!! I loved every second of it- the only downfall I can really think of is how expensive the water was. Other then that they did an amazing job getting everyone to where they needed to be, and seemed properly equipped and organized for the amount of volume of people. I greatly appreciate how they welcomed people to stand outside the stadium and listen to the concert unlike other cities who shooed people away- especially since my mom drove me and had to wait for me for the duration of the concert.
The stadium was easy to get to. The seats were nice with backs! Easy entrance and the ushers were friendly. Enjoyed the game. The team members working the stand operating the Skyline Chili needed a Customer Service course. They were not friendly but if you wanted Skyline this was the only choice in the area we were in.
It's all about why you are there. The venue is good but when you have to pay $7 for a water and they won't give you a cup of ice as your significant other is about to pass out from 92 degree heat exhaustion needing to call the medic, we've got a process issue. Great location and again, Taylor Swift's Eras tour was amazing.
Went to the Cincy Music Fest. Weather was perfect, seats were great, performers put on a good show. My only complaint is no cash was accepted. Everything was incredibly expensive but I still underestimated. Would go again next year. Thumbs High!
Came for the Eras Tour on 7/1 and oh my gosh the staff was incredible! Everyone was so kind and the stadium was so clean. We were on the air conditioned 2nd floor club level, which was honestly the best part, besides Taylor of course!
Such a beautiful and clean stadium. I loved the views. Although the Bengals lost, I was able to see a beautiful sunset and look at our amazing riverfront and suspension bridge.
Extremely over priced and terrible setup for the music festival I attended. The stage should have been centered in the field but it wasn't. Leaving those that paid good money for floor seats to not even be able to see the stage.
I was here 6/30/23 for a concert and the stadium itself is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful, however there is entirely too many stairs/ramps and too few elevators or even escalators and this made it really difficult on a lot of people there esp in the extreme heat.
We only saw the outside, but it was grand! Close to the river, and beautiful views of the city. The Pro Shop is on site and has its own separate entrance. July 2023
