Fit Body Fitness is owned and operated by Trisha DeHall and Rick Spottz, Master Certified Personal Trainers who have been helping people lose fat and tone muscle for more than 25 years. The focus of the “boot camp” workouts is to perform a fitness routine that benefits the entire body—both heart and muscles—by sequentially practicing one exercise after the other without resting in-between.
