This is bigger than their San Jose location & cleaner too. Parking was full at 3 pm but only few people for Mission Impossible Tuesday screening. Lots of eats & other businesses share the lot.
I have been coming here for several years now I like this place but recently. They have a new way of controlling the crowds that I dont like. They huddle people right in front with hardly any space forcing everyone to be very close to eachother. And if you baught your ticket online you can't bypass the line. You are forced to stand there and wait for no reason. And they now check your bags which I kinda understand for security purposes. But honestly I think they just don't want you to have your own candy. They do need to re think the line situation its just way too crowded and makes the wait time that much longer.
Clean lobby and theatre seats. No offensive odors. Luscious popcorn smell! Short wait for off line seating tickets but expected on a busy weekend .
Terrific Tuesdays $5 movies all day. You can choose your seats, they aren't recliners just your normal theater seats, but the prices can't be beat. Snacks prices are reasonable, you don't have to break the bank to watch a movie.
Great seats Smaller but quality of experience is excellent I can't recommend any theater food, but place is clean and plenty of nearby parking
I have not been to the movie's in about 5 years now. I took my Great Nephew & my friend's Grandson we went to go see Shazam 2 it was a great experience but the price's are higher than ever - wish they would build a drive-in bring that experience back for the kids ....I know Capital drive -in
owner not kind at all. strategic position in Morgan hill and needed for the fuel, if need to pump your wheels zero help or support and even lazy to get out to check if machine does not work..customer care should be set to an higher standard, this is too minimal
Seating sucks. Chairs are not comfortable at all. And especially if you're trying to snuggle with your honey. Find another theater!
First time there for me. Not from this area. We were visiting friends. Got in line...we had a small group so we got in right away. Ordered our food and got it pretty soon after we ordered it. Had to order 2 sides of extra crispy Hashbrowns because they only brought a little bit of potatoes on the first plate. And when our waitress brought my food she didn't warn me that the plate was hot and I burned my hand on the plate . If it would have blistered up I would have reported it to you all. Not sure if will be back.
We appreciate this theater, as the staff are very friendly and the seating is usually not very crowded. It may not be the fanciest theater in the Bay, but it is my first choice when taking my family to the movies.
