Cinemagic Drive-In Theatre

Grand kids had a blast! First drive in movie for them and for us in about 40 years. I know, didn’t know they still existed. Refreshment we’re as usual for a movie and the restrooms were very clean. Oh and the movie Bad Guys, cartoon, the kids loved it. Update 07/2022. Sorry to say but the movie theater is no more. Property has been sold. Fun while it lasted.

First time going to the drive in theater. My kids and I enjoyed it!! Restrooms were clean and the concession stand was conveniently located near the parking lot.

I absolutely loved the drive-in. I go to the theater quite often but haven't been to a drive-in since I was a young kid. I've been to Cinemagic several times just not to the drive-in. I watched Spider-Man no way home and enjoyed it as much at the drive-in as I did a few weeks ago in the actual sit-down theater. I was able to take my dog with me and a picnic. I know this place is up for sale and I hope whoever buys it keeps the theater open and keeps the drive-in open. I plan on going back several times this spring and summer and taking my dog with me. I highly recommend you go there while you still can. Like I said earlier in the review I hope the new purchaser keeps the drive in as well as the theater but just in case, go check it out while you can.

My wife and I love this theater! It has to be the cleanest theater we’ve been to in the country and we’ve been to many. The prices are very reasonable and the food is always fresh. We love having this as our neighborhood theater.

We have been coming here for years and I am very disappointed because we got here literally 10 minutes after 7 pm and I just kindly asked if they would play the first five or 10 minutes of the movie As we missed that part of Adams family 2 and have been here before where it hadn’t started that early and the manager would not and we have been loyal customer for years but unless this is made right we probably won’t be coming back very much. Gas is literally approaching four dollars a gallon and we drove almost an hour because we enjoy coming here for a Family owned movie experience but I am very dissatisfied and hopefully this will be made right. Customer service is just not like it used to be. No offer for a refund or credit or anything , just no sorry. We literally drive an hour to come to this theater and gas is extremely high as well but We have been loyal customers here for years hopefully someone will reach out and make this right Because this was not a good experience

I'm very sad that our theater is closing. We love staying in Athens to watch a movie and the drive in was awesome back when my son was younger we would go all the time.

Just attended their drive-in theater. Was awesome to go see a movie like this again. Consession was great NY only issue has to with the only way to listen to the movie is by FM radio in your vehicle.... wish they had an app or a stream so that you could use your phone or wifi device to listen with. Most newer cars with the key in ACC still have the dash lit up with now way to shut off where with you phone one could use a Bluetooth speaker. You should really give them a shot and relive some of what us ole timers got to experience.

An awsome place to watch movies the staff is always so friendly esp a girl named Megan.

Hate this place is going out of business . Great place. We will now have to go almost a hour away to see a movie.

It was a fantastic trip to the movies. I had my 2yr old, 7 yr old and my friend and her 5 year old with me. We were the only ones watching paw patrol. It was so great. I'm only giving 4 starts because under our seats was quite alot of old popcorn/candy that I had to constantly stop my 2yr old from getting into it. Thankfully we were alone so I was able to clearly communicate with the kids about the droppings. Aka yell "Dont eat that!"
