Cinemark 15 Vista Ridge Mall

Great! Clean, comfortable reclining seats. Nobody can block views the way the seats are. Good pricing compared to some other theaters in the area. I paid around $10 for adult. $5 kids 1-11 which left money for popcorn large $7.95 large soda like $6 & mediums $5

Terrible experience!! Went to the theater to run into a group of under age children going to see Halloween in the front Waited in line for about 15 min while hearing the teenagers ask "Where's my fake id?" Finally made it to our seats to watch a movie with our toddler and there were about 15 kids talking throughout the whole movie, cursing, kicking the seats, changing seats. Complained to the manager and he was so nice but too nice. My husband and I saw the manager try to hush them but nothing changed. Finally told the cop there and he claimed they were sneaking into movies but they couldn't kick them out all at once. Last I heard that will get you banned from the theater. Terrible experience with hoodlum, obnoxious, horrendous movie goers. Back to Alamo Drafthouse it is!!

Movie was awesome. We love going here they just need to refresh all the seats. They are pretty worn and not clean looking.

We went to watch Jumanji. The entire hall was so packed that we got our seats on the very first row. But it didn't hurt our neck that much because of the seats. The recliner seats were very comfortable and cozy. And the stadium seating was also very convenient. The sound system was just perfect. They have separate theater for digital and 3D movies too. And one can even host a birthday party in there. They have room for family functions as well.

It's been a while since I last visited this theater. They have stayed on top of theater trends with seating, different types of theaters, order food ahead etc. The reason for the 3 stars is two-fold. Most important is the price when ordering tickets and food online. The cost for two adult tickets for a 5:00 pm show, with two large drinks and one large popcorn you're not given an option to order a small drink or popcorn when ordering online, with fees and tax came to a total of $55.04. Second, and minor compared to the price is the theater was warm. Granted, we are having triple digit heat daily, keeping a theater cool I imagine is not so easy with current temperatures.

Absolutely disgusting. The theatre was so dirty and so were the bathrooms. The Manager and GM really didn’t care. All I got was excuse after excuse. No apology. Didn’t even really clean it good after we had to point out the drink holder had fingernails in it! Talk about unsanitary!! So gross.

One of the best theaters I have been to around DFW. The hall was huge, Seating was recliner styled, big and comfy. Had a good evening. I truly enjoyed watching movie in here.

Ever since the discount theater, down the street, closed, this has become my go-to spot for cheaper tickets. 13.50 vs 6.25 for the same movie, at the same time, but in two different locations. Some of the seats are showing their age, but they don't have those annoying tables. Be warned- the parking lot is shared by other stores, and the parking places are small. 2 door cars with wide swinging doors can be blocked in. Park for away

Kool place Nice prices Clean place One thing, when i visited recently with my kids for "Godfather" movie...one of the staff who allow to screens, stopped us taking drinking water bottle from home.... He told that its a rule that any food or beverage is not allowed in side including home water bottle...Comedy fellow !!!

It's an aging theater in a dying Mall. Not as awesome as the Cinemark in Plano which I frequent. But definitely not bad in a pinch.
