Cinemark 22

I really enjoyed my movie/theater experience here at Cinemark Lancaster, CA. Customer service was friendly and helpful with my ticket purchase. The lines were short and moving quickly. The theater temperature was cool, comfortable and clean as well as the restrooms. I will be back as soon as my schedule permits. Thank you management.

Always love the experience, staff is always nice. An Miles black male is a worker we enjoy seeing on a weekly bases. His infectious smile an attitude is something we hope to see for years an years. I highly highly recommend the Buffalo queso ranch chicken tender frys! Out of this world!

They got a new setup going on. Unfortunately I didn't snap no pictures but next time I will. So far the nights my girlfriend and I have gone everything has been superb. We have no complaints. We will be back to see The Nun 2.

The sound and screen in the IMAX theater were fantastic. The seats in the upper middle are worn. Don't pick seats row M 17, 18. The seats in either side were better. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny was great in the IMAX theater.

Haven't been to the movies in about 10 years, and it's nice to see how things have changed. Not all for the better. My movie experience was good. The atmosphere was good. Prices seem to be about the same.

I usually go to the theater near the mall because each time I've gone to this theater there is always an issue. A family of 5 with an infant was seated right in front of me and the infant would not stop crying. 20mins. into the movie a security guard came to my seat and said I was complaining to the family about the crying infant which I was then the father yelled out I kept kicking his seat. 2 months ago I had double knee replacement surgery and kicking his seat would have caused extreme pain. I was so upset I left the movie and got my money back. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS THEATER AGAIN!!!!!

Their IMAX screen is nice. I saw the new Super Mario movie recently. Looked and sounded good. They had broken chairs though in Row H : Food prices are the worst. I paid $20 for one large popcorn and one ICEE?! The manager Ashley B. is super nice. She complimented my nieces and nephews Super Mario attire. Very cool of her :

I love watching movies in this place. It is very comfortable and big. It has a lot of space. I always look at the emergency exits, they are very visible. I feel safe.

No reclining seats. One person to purchase tickets outside. Concession area was dirty and sticky, not enough people working, lines would builfd up tp 20 people deep. You haven't returned to free refills even 2 years after COVID even though you have raised ticket prices.
