Had a nice experience. Very comfortable seats. Clean restrooms. There is an arcade, but I did not check it out. Very friendly employees, but the concession lines were a bit of a cluster.

Comfortable chairs, good sound and image quality.

So my wife and I went to see a movie, and they weren't showing what we wanted to see. So I asked the girl at the ticket counter to check and see if that particular movie was showing elsewhere, and she refused to check saying she couldn't do it. I happen to know it's possible to check other theaters. We won't be returning to this theater. Poor quality customer service and very rude staff. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Also, the popcorn and soda are way too expensive, which is why we bring our own snacks. Guess they like price gouging people. Don't waste your money going here.

Why standard format???? Lately it seems like you only have one movie playing in XD and the rest in standard format. Movies I've wanted to watch are only available in SD. I'm trying to reserve tickets for My Big Fat Greek Weeding 3 and the only option available is SD.....? I wanted to see Strays and the same thing happened. I'm going to have to start going somewhere else to watch movies or just wait for streaming.

I ordered on the app the line for the “online order” TOOK FOREVER I waited 20 min and there was only 4 people in front me. Not only did I take forever popcorn was extremely stale. Not my best experience…

I like reserving the seats ahead of time due to my husband being in a wheelchair just to make sure we can sit with him. The accessibility is nice and comfortable for him to see the movies. We go once weekly and always get attended cordially. The line for the concession stand is wide and spaced enough for him to order if he came by himself. Thank you cinemark for making our viweing experience as a family comfortable.

The theater is looking run down and in need of some work. The smell of stale popcorn and mildew lingers in the air. The seats are feeling a bit rough with cracks in the leather. The concession stand pizza racks were empty. And Finally, the place needs a good deep cleaning.

Good overall experience. You choose your seats when you purchase tickets and the seats are comfy. Though they don’t necessarily recline like other newer, upgraded theaters.

The Cinemark app makes reserving seats easy-peasy. The popcorn is always good, the staff is very friendly, and restrooms are always clean! If you visit frequently, I recommend enrolling in the Cinemark Movie Club!
