We were feeling adventurous and decided to take a chance on Blue Beetle at the Cinemark Bistro. Expectations were low after DC botched the CG on the Flash movie and ... well, movie theatre burgers... . Let me tell you, it was a win on all counts!!! The movie was a great mix of comedy, heart and action. Highly recommended! The burgers and fries were fantastic!!! Better than most upscale burger restaurants we have tried recently. TRULY BISTRO BURGERS! The lady who befriended my wife during the movie said, "If you think the burgers are good, you'll love the chicken fingers!" The food was brought to our seats and we enjoyed it while we watched the movie. Great night!!! Disclaimer: we did pay movie theatre prices for our food, but no bill at the end of dinner = no tip, so that made food prices a bit more reasonable. Evening show tickets were $11.50 each.
Customer service is not the best here. It's a hit or miss depending if you get that rude girl or anyone else besides her. Yummy food. No refills on popcorn or soda. Boo!
Food was ok. I loved that the fries came out hot! The BBQ wings were just ok, they had a vinegary taste I didn’t like. And the fact the food made it out before the movie started was nice. The trays were up high, I thought so you’re kinda reaching for your food at weird angle that’s kinda annoying. But overall the seats are really comfortable and the venue was clean. Great service and the alcohol selection was nice.
It's been a long time since I've gone to see a film in the theatre, so when I went with family members to see the new Mission Impossible, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The leather recliners are very comfortable, having a tray on which to eat makes things easier and less messy, and the food is quite good. They even bring your food to the seat assigned you on your ticket. Naturally the food is expensive, but what do you really expect at the movies? This is where I'll be going anytime I see a film in the theatre.
This is by far my favorite theatre. The seats recline to a comfortable position and people can get by without you having to put your feet down. Seats are also heated but be careful because the highest setting gets almost uncomfortably hot. I had ordered the chicken ranch wrap and they brought it to my seat before the movie started. The wrap was delicious and staff were very friendly.
Food here is great, the movies sound and look great, the one downside that I will give is the theaters are a bit smaller than something like Tinseltown, but maybe that's a plus? I love the concept of being able to order food at a theater and have it delivered to your seat, and EVERYTHING they sell is good. Be warned though, the prices are like restaurant prices, but the food is like restaurant food.
Service is very friendly! Food is always good! Drinks are delicious. Theater is very clean. This is one of my favorite places to go!
Shout-out to Jordan!! We purchased $200 in gift cards back in December. We brought our kids to see Avatar in January. Had a great time. I added my gift cards onto my app so the next time we would be easier to check out. In March we went to come see Ant Man and my gift card balance was wiped out. So the next day I called the customer service phone number and they discovered our card was wiped out by someone in Florida and she reissued me 46.00 dollars. Welp tonight came to see guardians of the galaxy and guess what? Card was wiped out again. The manager on duty, Jordan, gave us complimentary tickets because customer service was unavailable. Huge shout out on making our date night better. Hopefully when I call tomorrow they will be able to help me out. ******UPDATE****** They did indeed help me. They issued a whole new gift card and walked me through account security. Whoever had my info saw and used over $100 worth of gift cards. Very thankful they helped me
Food was gross tried to buy nore stuff at concessions staff rudely refused. Seats are half nice barley recline could not enjoy movie was too hungry and uncomfortable. Don't try the burger you'll get sick as I did can't believe I bought the membership thing what a waste.
Pros: heated, reclining seats; Hot food services Cons: No good food options for non meat eaters, Same old boring high fructose corn syrup drink options, Seats in some theaters are VERY CLOSE to the screen. Even the last row would be like sitting in the first 1/3 of a normal sized theater. Be prepared to look UP
