Great movie Experience! The place was grand and easy to navigate. The customer service was great as usual with cinemark. We usually get the online tickets and it's worth it to just go scan and walk right in. The parking lot was huge and we went on a Monday so it wasn't crazy busy or anything. The seats are super comfy and the layout of the theater was great too.
For years I absolutely loved and still continue coming to this theater, but ever since they closed the Greece mall theater there's been a huge influx of a certain crowd showing up here consistently past 3-5 movies I've seen ruining it with purposely obnoxious loud talking/acting goofy during movies which has put a damper on continuing coming here. The theater is great and I'll still come here I will just choose my viewing times and days differently to try and avoid this "rowdy" demographic.
My adult daughter treated me to “THE LOST CITY” for our “Ladies Night” out. We enjoyed it so much! Great movie! Perfect combination of chick-flick and action comedy. If you aren’t already feeling ready to kick back, the fun and colorful decor and lights all the way from the entrance to the theatre seating help reset your mood to “movie-mode”! Very clean amenities. Sanitary wipes are readily available to wipe down seating. Theatre staff are warm and helpful. Great experience. Nice seating. Just when I thought the seat doesn’t recline…. my daughter showed me the secret button. I wish they had a little light or beacon on them. Those things on the seat arm that look like an electrical outlet will not recline the seat. I’m not sure what their purpose is. I’ve not been to many movies, so maybe it’s not a secret to most movie goers.
RIDICULOUS. I never go out of my way to review places but this was absolutely unfair. Do NOT order ahead on food, you will do nothing but waste your money on extra online fees. I ordered ahead on food and it took 20 minutes for them to give us our food, along with other people who ordered ahead. Everyone in the order ahead line was super annoyed, as expected. Since the regular line was being served first, why did I have to pay online fees? Steal my money again and I’ll be elsewhere real quick.
Even though it was crowded, when I sat down it was roomy and comfortable. Barely noticed more than the screen itself. The concession line moved quickly and it wasn't difficult to get drinks. It was lovely watching a movie in a theater. Saw The Little Mermaid. Loved it!
Huge theater, first time I went there it was a Tuesday and it was surprisingly very busy! I liked that! Theater rooms were enormous and the verticality was great, you never say the head of the row in front of you. The only issue I had were the chairs, they didn't feel as comfortable to me and didn't recline as much as the one from Regal. But other than that, very good experience. Movie I watched: Slam Dunk: The First Dunk
Had an enjoyable time watching 'Avatar: The Way of Water'. Really comfortable reclining seats with footrests. The 3D was also very realistic. Only thing I didn't like was the showing of ads for half an hour before the movie actually started.
Tinseltown brings back the days of olde timey theatres with a modern twist. I love going to Tinseltown for a true American movie going experience. They've got it down when it comes to getting you through the line and into your theater quickly. The concession stand is fully stocked with a fairly wide variety of snacks and beverages. Simply put I love Tinseltown.

I love Tinseltown’s regular theaters, so much space and room with great reclining lounge chairs! Would give that 5 stars all day, but….. I was pretty annoyed when we paid extra for the IMAX and got squished seats that don’t recline, no real space for your feet and definitely not for people to get by. Every time someone walks behind you they bump your seat from the back because there is just no space to move around. Sure the screen is big but so not worth the price tag at all. Highly recommend just picking a regular theater. You’ll actually be able to enjoy the movie!
