Staff was great, easy to talk with. Cineplex was clean. But when I walked into the room 7 to watch the movie, it felt very damp, you can smell the dampness in the air. A bit uncomfortable at first. While the movie was playing, you could start to feel the air conditioning kick in. After some time, it felt more comfortable. One speaker was crackling a bit, which did not ruin the movie at all, infact you couldn't hear the crackling very much during the movie, just during previews and the credits. It was still a good experience.
I had such a great experience at the movie theater in Niagara Falls tonight. Exceptional service. The staff here went above and beyond to meet my needs and I'd like to give a special shout out to the manager for everything she did tonight! : thank you
Overall it’s good as sound quality and cleanliness but sitting is not okay in some chair the spring was came out.
I went with my son to see the Meg 2. Its been a while since we have been to this theater, we always go to Landmark Cinemas in St Catharines because movie choices are similar but seating is far superior. Girl at the concession was friendly and knowledgeable, the gentleman scanning the tickets seemed like they would rather be somewhere else. Time to renovate!
Bought tickets to Taylor swift show for 12:30 wanted to buy my merchandise at the the theatre only to be told 5 minutes before the doors opened that they mistakenly sold tickets to 12:30 and weren’t supposed to have a show till 6pm. Disappointing kids and rudely being told that it was post on their website where there is nothing stated . The least they could have done is put aside for us to come back and pick up . Shame on you cineplex
Unfortunately, with the improvements to Landmark in St. Catharines this location has fallen out of favour the past 5 years or so. No popcorn refills, charging to reserve spots online, poor seats, and not having 2D options for certain films having customers pay the extra fee are among the reasons. They have a beautiful lobby and hardworking staff, so this Cineplex is serviceable in a pinch.
Went to see a movie here last holiday weekend. What a terrible experience. Never again. The previews were super loud....I didn't know how I could tolerate 3 more hours of this and I am accustomed to loud muisc. The movie itself was so loud we had to leave after 1 hour. When the management was contacted about this situation they couldn't care less. Avoid this place at all costs.
Your regular cineplex cinema, had a nice little arcade that kids can play at after the movies. Theatre was clean and well managed.
The theater was very clean, service was good at snack stand. My only complaint was the price of what was essentially a fr'real smoothie. I think they charged me something like $8 with tax which was a bit much. Otherwise very positive experience.
No more box office to buy tickets. The gift card wasn't working at the kiosk, and I had to go to the concession stand for assistance where the worker didn't understand what the issue was. The prices for food are ridiculously high, and they have a gaming area where you can only play the games if you buy tickets first and the starting price is $30.00!!!!!! This is the first time we have been to see a movie in years, and the experience was not all that great. The only good thing that happened was that we lost a quarter in the gumball machine, and a worker offered us a loonie out of her own pocket. We didn't take it. We were told that the gumball machine does not work sometimes
