Great theatre in a great location. Ticket prices were average, staff was friendly, place was clean. Of course I could do with a bit lower drink prices, two drinks were as much as our movie tickets, and I wish it were a little more clearer which theaters are recliners and which are standard theatre seatings when buying tickets online.

This theater is similar to the Studio Movie Grill, but the only difference is they bring the food to you ordering at the counter without having you order it by pressing the button. Also, you can order ahead on the app so that reduces the wait time. This is the first theater I’ve been too where there were multiple floors, so that was a nice touch. Amazing food and good customer service. I definitely plan to return for another movie experience!

We normally try to support local non-chain theaters, but the movie we wanted to see was available here. It was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the ease of tickets and ordering food. The food was excellent, with a very nice burger and wings. In the theater, we could not hear any noise from the other theaters, which is a pleasant change from a few of the other places we’ve been lately. The theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. The sound was at the right level, not ridiculously loud. Maybe this was the time of day but we also enjoyed not having adolescents run between theaters and talk while they’re in the auditorium.

Great theater but do NOT go on half-priced Tuesday's. The management thinks they are slick by setting the thermostat to 85 degrees to make up for the half-priced Tuesday ticket prices. The chocolate melted into a puddle and we all left in sweat by the end of the movie. Good on other nights though.

Place was disgusting! Nobody cleaned the theater from the previous crowd. Popcorn containers and trash everywhere. Plenty of staff at the concessions standing around while nobody cleaned the theater. We paid extra for the reclining seats only to discover our seat in theater 7 were broke and wouldn't recline. On top of that many of the seats were covered in duct tape. Lots of food, gum, dirty in all the little cracks of the seat. Felt like I needed to shower as soon as I got home. Theater went from being extremely nice to a dump. I will never return. B&B customer from now on.

Disappointed in our first time here! Took forever to order food as no one knew how to ring things in, their “gourmet” popcorn is stale. Waited forever to be able to go in to the theater, our food was even delivered to us waiting in the hall where the server stated that the theater #10 hadn’t been cleaned, we waited another 5 minutes and went in when we heard the previews start playing. Still hadn’t been cleaned and the furniture looks like hospital waiting room furniture, not comfy!! Regular theater seats would be better than that. Went to go ask for a refund and could only get one on a gift card since we purchased our tickets online… even though we purchase them through AMC.

First time that I have been to this AMC theater. Our movie was in theater 10. The seats do not recline. A couple of the seats had ripped upholstery. The food trays all on our row were broken. They slanted so bad that the food would slide off. On a plus side, our food orders were delivered quickly to our seats.

Young staff is very capable, polite and attentive. Sound and theater were fine. In Aug no change in Sept, the Lobby escalator is the dirtiest I have seen anywhere. Worse than London or NYC subways. Hate to think what I can't see in the theater and seats. There's just no substitute for engaged and trained managers. Hire a contractor for at least weekly deep clean, maybe?

This theater is a huge disappointment compared to what it used to be. It used to be our theater of choice offering the smaller setting and seating! Now it is run down, extremely DIRTY everywhere including theaters not cleaned and restrooms and food not fully cooked/cold. Not sure if it’s management or just short staffed.. but not what it used to be! Won’t return unless a major overhaul.

Theater was clean and cozy. Staff was nice. Worst popcorn I've ever had in my life. Got a large bucket. Ate two bites and threw it away. Just awful popcorn. But the overall experience was good.
