Stopped in the drive-through for a takeout for New Year’s Eve. Saw that Schlotzsky’s has a supreme pizza which I did not know. It’s excellent if you like the Schlotzsky’s bread, then you’ve got to try the pizza because it’s the same bread they make the sandwiches with very good.Recommended dishesCombination Special Pizza

Food was hot but the bread was really hard around the edges. And the chips I got today were almost 1 month past the best by date. Are they supposed to still sell them?Food: 4/5

I eat...LOTzkys...of Shlotzky's. Thats right, I went there :. Is this the best Shlotzky's in the Tulsa area? No, but its still 5 star, at least from the half dozen or more times I have been there this year. Their product is always fresh, well made, presentable see pics, and reasonably fast. If you are in the mood for a delicious sandwich, I much recommend this over one of their competitors.

I said last time l got food at schlotzskys l wouldn't go back .And l went back when l placed my order the young lady said they were out of bread sourdough was all they have l told her that would be fine as long as it was fresh because last time l was their the bread was so hard l couldn't eat it l don't mean a little hard a lot hard l live way out 121st so it's a drive to go back to store after you get home with your order and l get home with dinner and it was even worse then last time bread was so hard their was hard any meat and l ask for no onions and their were onions on my sandwich l call the broken arrow store where l got my order only to be hung up on twice that was a waste of 16.00 dollars lm done this time this store has gone downhill and so has the service

The inside was closed and there’s a sign on the door for pickup orders to be picked up in the drive-through . Having to wait in the drive-through defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. An employee was nice enough to bring my order out when I called about it. The size of the salad dressing given for the salad is ridiculous. It only covers a small corner of my salad.

Great food. But you never know when they are going to close? It's 9:35....says they close at 10. Well there are people still inside but yet the drive up speaker comes on with an automated message that says closed.

Whoever is working the drive thru tonight 9/11 she’s blonde has one of the rudest attitudes i’ve ever encountered. You should typically greet people back when they greet you and use “please and thank you,” when people are using manners with you. Definitely needs some better customer service skills.

I had to say hello 3 times because the worker at the register had his back to me watching videos on his phone with ear buds in. I got a cup of broccoli cheese soup salty and cold and a half sandwich, French Dip. Got home to find no Au Ju for my sandwich. Terrible service, subpar food and incomplete order. Put this place on my list of restaurants NEVER to go back to.

I love this place! Only complaints would be is their salads are gross and today I ordered the soup and it was in a tiny cup. Didn’t fill me up! Also their prices are steep.

Google should add NEGATIVE numbers for rating options! I had an INSANE craving for a Schlotzsky's sandwich, on Sunday around 8:45 pm. I Google searched the BA location as it is closest to my home and it states it's hours of operation are 10am-10pm. I jumped in the car, drove to BA, pulled in at 9:22 pm, ONLY to find the store CLOSED in spite of their posted hours, on both the internet AND the DOOR! THIS COST ME a 40 min car trip plus fuel @ $3.50 + per gallon, due to INACCURATE POSTED operating hours. Mazzio's next door appreciated my business but there is one MUCH closer to home, which would have saved time and money. Come on Schlotzsky's, you can do better.
