Cinnabon

We ordered a cinnamon roll. It was warm and fresh. Pretty pricey, but it’s in the airport. Cost was over $6.00.

Very rude lady at checkout with blonde hair. I asked if I could have a 4 pack and she said she only had one left that was on the shelf, I asked if it was warm and she said she could warm it in the microwave and it was made 2 hours before. I asked if more would be ready and she said in 5 minutes and she couldn’t presell it. I waited 5 minutes and then when it was out I asked if I could have a 4 pack, she looked at the 4 pack cold on the shelf and said that’s the 4 pack. I said I can’t have the warm ones? She said no they were only single priced for the fresh ones. She knew I was waiting there for a 4 pack and she was not apologetic and almost smug when she told me my option was only the 4 rolls on the shelf. Why is it I have to buy 4 single cinnamon rolls because they are fresh?? Isn’t the point of Cinnabon to have fresh warm rolls. Terrible service.

Landed at 7am. Checked online and saw that Cinnabon was open. I walk up. A lady said she doesn’t open until tsa opens. I said when is that and she said 10am. She legit had all the stuff to sell but wouldn’t. Why do the store hours say they are open at 5am if they aren’t. Cinnabon is losing money from people like this. I just wanted a coffee lol

6am and my $4.50 cinnamon roll was stale, barely room temp, and had very little icing. Very disappointing to spend $8 $3 for a milk, on breakfast and it be so terrible. You'd think first thing in the morning, rolls would be piping hot and fresh. Mine tasted like it was left over from the night before. I should've grabbed a hunk of banana bread from home and brought it with me. Lesson learned.

Incredible! We had a 3 hour wait between planes. We handled the first 2 hours but defcom 3 broke suddenly broke off. Got the gloves off soothed a little. A couple os flight attendants gave them some waffles, guitbox fries and milk chocaholot. They we're back to being my little angles

Thr worst cinnamon roll. Bad service . Cinnamon roll was brick hard and could not cut through. Went to take them back but the line was too long and I had to board my plane.

Nothing special here. After a super experience at the Cheeseburger place next store, my expectations were high perhaps. The Cinnabons were pre-made, and as one batch from behind the plastic barrier was emptied, they took another from under the shelf in the back. If you're a Cinnabon fanatic, it should suit your craving, but the staff and fare here was mediocre on our visit.

Cinnamon roll was a bit dry and stale. Not up to the delicious standard Cinnabon sets.

Horrible. Got a hard cold bun from this place before a flight. I usually give good reviews but this was truly a disastrous experience!

Coffee not hot and higher that starbucks which is right by it. Not a good choice for coffee. $3.76 small coffee.
