Cinnabon

I came today and got a regular size cinnamon bun and a couple of the little bite sized ones. Never in my life have I gone to a cinnabon and have got charged twice!!! I got charged 17 53 twice and never got my money back !! They thought i wasn't going to notice

Told Cinnamon buns wouldn't be done for another 20mins so I got a pack of 4 minis. Came up to about 4 bucks and they were just kinda good. I don't want to leave 3 stars but I never had to wait at pretzel time.

Everytime I come I can't get the amount I need. If they don't have 4 packs or 6 packs available they won't even sell to you. I don't get what's so hard about giving me 4 or 6 individual boxes. I have 6 people in my house so I'm suppose to buy the amount you want me to buy and to hell with the rest of my family. I will from now on just drive to another location. Never in my life have I had a business turn.away money.

I enjoyed my visit. I went early on a Saturday so was no line. I order an ice mocha moolatta coffee which was good. The service was fast and the kiosk was clean. I didn't experience an serious problems they were only out of the regular iced coffee but other than that there service was preety good to me. I will drop buy again if I want an ice coffee drink or just a sweet pastry.

Came in this Sunday at 12:20ish.... they werent ready the three “kids” working there continued to laugh and talk on the phone not prepping until 1:07pm ..... completely unprofessional how do you open at 12 and not be ready for an hour due to horse playing.... never coming to this one again ghetto as hell!

I have never and I mean never been so disgusted by Cinnabon as I was today. Cinnamon buns should not be raw!

Very disappointed, wanted a pecan bun, got a teaspoon of pecans and the customer service was terrible and I paid for that, my experience was not enjoyable.

Never do you shut down a full HOUR before closing time! That's just rude.
