I love it, it was worth every minute I spent in traffic from Chicago to here just to buy these warm cinnabars. Eating is too good!!!
Girl named Jasmyn is very manipulative and unprofessional. I've dated her on and off for 7 years and she is very toxic. With her working a job she still took advantage of me and my family and stole money from us as she was working a job at this Cinnabon. She is very unprofessional and brings her outside life problems into the work place. To have someone who manipulates and takes advantage of people, working at a massive chain, is very unprofessional and is very volatile for the future of Cinnabon. Me and a few other people will not be coming to this Cinnabon anymore in order to avoid Jasmyns negativity and any future issues that may stem from her not being able to control her anger.
What can possibly beat the smell of waking up to a delicious sticky sweet cinnamon bun? Nothing. Stock up at this easy to reach location in the food court of the HIP Mall! You can enter by Target.
The worker are good , clean but needs more people to work, take to long to give us cinnamon rolls, but still I recommend it..
Just had a problem today when I asked for some cinnamon sticks and instead of giving something fresh, for the quantity that I asked, they instead were collecting such quantity from whatever they had on display. They assure me they were fresh from today, but it surely did not tasted it like it, maybe it was fresh from the day before. who knows.
Enticed by the smell I found myself waiting in line for a delicious cinnamon roll. I waited while the cashier rang up another family infront of me. As he moved off to make their drinks, we waited... waited... waited.. waited.... waited and waited some more. There was a young lady who was rolling cinnamon twists who chose to completely ignore the line we were a young couple and a family or 2 deep by this point while her other worker struggled to make 4 to 5 drinks with no prep or set up by her. She finally acknowledged the line after she finished what she wanted to do. Poor customer service. The rolls we got were hard, hardly frosted and not puffy/gooey at all.
This place should be illegal...way too delicious.
Friendly staff... Cinabons were on time n perfectly cooked for my party. They were definitely a hit! Thanks guys!
Worst Cinnabon I've been to, stood for 10 minutes for a 20 second transaction I needed to make. Workings are very ignorant of others time. Even if you're at a mall, be considerate of others.
To the manager and staff: Keep in mind some people have ridiculous expectations, and some people simply cannot be pleased regardless of service or products received. I think your service is wonderful and my cinnamon roll was delicious.
